"Three songs with the aroma of a dedication"// "Tres canciones con aroma de dedicatoria"

“Existen canciones para conquistar, y hay otras que te conquistan de manera sin igual”. Recuerdo que la primera vez que le presté atención a esta canción, me sorprendí mucho ante el agrado y la satisfacción que sentía en mi corazón. Desde niño siempre me han gustado las canciones en inglés, pero cada vez que escuchaba este tema, realmente me sentía fascinado como si la conociera desde hace muchísimos años.

He pasado toda mi vida adorando esta canción, y no fue hasta ya de adulto cuando pude descubrir la razón de mi conexión tan especial con este tema. Resulta que, mientras apenas yo era un niño, mi mamá solía ver una novela llamada “La inolvidable”, y esta canción era parte de la intro de dicha novela. Por ser tan pequeño yo no recuerdo todo aquello, pero lo que mi madre me dice era que al momento de la intro yo me quedaba muy concentrado escuchando la canción. Así que, se podría decir que dicha canción me conquistó desde el primer momento en que la oí.

Desde mi punto de vista, “Amores de provincia” es un tributo a esos amores que aún en las adversidades y la distancia logran florecer y brillar con luz propia, esos amores que son capaces de quedarse e incluso ante la ausencia se hacen de un lugar muy especial en nuestro corazón.

I remember the first time I paid attention to this song, I was very surprised at the pleasure and satisfaction I felt in my heart. Since I was a child, I have always loved English songs, but every time I listened to this song, I really felt fascinated as if I had known it for many, many years.

I have spent my whole life adoring this song, and it wasn't until I was an adult that I was able to discover the reason for my special connection to this song. It turns out that when I was just a kid, my mom used to watch a soap opera called "La inolvidable", and this song was part of the intro of that soap opera. Because I was so little I don't remember all that, but what my mother tells me was that at the time of the intro I would stay very concentrated listening to the song. So, you could say that the song conquered me from the first moment I heard it.

From my point of view, "Amores de provincia" is a tribute to those loves that even in adversity and distance manage to bloom and shine with their own light, those loves that are able to stay and even in the absence they make a very special place in our heart.

"Aunque sea un poco" (Voz Veis)

En muchas ocasiones, lo difícil no es querer hallar un tema para dedicar, sino que resulta complejo encontrar en una canción la composición perfecta para expresar mucho de los sentimientos que en algún momento se hacen parte de ti. Y suele ser más interesante cuando en medio de esa ardua búsqueda, te encuentras con una joya musical hecha a la medida perfecta de lo que sientes por alguien más.

Esta canción abarca ese gran dilema que nos embarga cuando nos enamoramos, queriendo dar más de lo que tenemos con tal de ganarnos el cariño y el aprecio de esa persona. Pero, en realidad, el amor jamás llega a ser tan poco, más bien nos enseña a valorar cada detalle que con amor podemos compartir con ese ser tan especial.

Creer que una canción puede ser el detalle perfecto hacia alguien especial es el principio de un gran recuerdo en tu vida, pues, más allá del resultado, esa acción marcará un trazo de amor y valentía en nuestro existir. Una canción puede inspirar muchas historias, pero ninguna como aquella en la que te sientes dispuesto a conquistar el corazón y la atención de otra persona.

In many occasions, the difficult thing is not to find a song to dedicate, but to find in a song the perfect composition to express many of the feelings that at some point become part of you. And it is usually more interesting when in the middle of that arduous search, you find a musical jewel made to the perfect measure of what you feel for someone else.

This song encompasses that great dilemma that we have when we fall in love, wanting to give more than what we have in order to win the love and appreciation of that person. But, in reality, love never becomes so little, rather it teaches us to value every detail that we can lovingly share with that special someone.

Believing that a song can be the perfect detail to someone special is the beginning of a great memory in your life, because, beyond the result, that action will mark a trace of love and courage in our existence. A song can inspire many stories, but none like the one in which you feel ready to conquer the heart and attention of another person.

"Un ángel no es" (Eros Ramazzotti)

Otro de mis cantantes favoritos y con un tema en el cual puedo encontrar la razón perfecta para pensar en esa dedicatoria que espera por una persona que merezca semejante detalle. “La expectativa de un gran amor suele ser tan especial como el sentimiento mismo”, así que entonar este tema una y otra vez, me hace sentir cada vez más cerca de esa persona por quien no dudaría de compartir esta hermosa letra.

Recuerdo que en una oportunidad una chica me pidió que le dedicara esta canción ya que Eros Ramazzotti también es su cantante favorito, pero en medio de una conversación ella no supo entender por qué mi respuesta era totalmente negativa. “Esta canción ya viene con una dedicatoria personalizada”, fue lo último que le comenté, así que tuvo que conformarse con otra canción.

Después de todo lo mencionado, pienso que no hay detalle más hermoso que poder conquistar a una persona con la dedicatoria de una canción. Quizás no tengamos la mejor voz y no sepamos de versos y prosas, pero en cada uno de nosotros hay un corazón que no conoce de complejos ni penas cuando se trata de demostrar un verdadero sentimiento y conquistar a ese ser especial que queremos anclar en nuestra vida.

Another one of my favorite singers and with a song in which I can find the perfect reason to think about that dedication waiting for a person who deserves such a detail. "The expectation of a great love is usually as special as the feeling itself", so singing this song over and over again, makes me feel closer and closer to that person for whom I would not hesitate to share this beautiful lyrics.

I remember once a girl asked me to dedicate this song to her since Eros Ramazzotti is also her favorite singer, but in the middle of a conversation she didn't know how to understand why my answer was totally negative. "This song already comes with a personalized dedication", was the last thing I commented to her, so she had to settle for another song.

After all the above mentioned, I think that there is no more beautiful detail than being able to conquer a person with the dedication of a song. Maybe we do not have the best voice and we do not know verses and prose, but in each of us there is a heart that knows no complexes or sorrows when it comes to show a true feeling and conquer that special person that we want to anchor in our lives.
