ပျက်အစဥ် ပြင်ခဏ ခဏ
Hive Myanmar အဖွဲ့သားများ အားလုံး ကိုယ်၏ ကျန်းမာခြင်း စိတ်၏ ချမ်းသာခြင်းနဲ့ ပြည့်စုံကြပါစေခင်ဗျာ။ ဒီနေ့ကတော့ အားလုံးအတွက် နားလပ်ရက်ဖြစ်တဲ့ တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီနေ့က ကျနော်လည်း နားရက်ရတဲ့နေ့တစ်နေ့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီနေ့မှာ ရေးစရာ အကြောင်းအရာလည်း သိပ်မရှိတာမို့ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ရက်ပိုင်းက ပြင်ဆင်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ စက်ရုံက စက်တစ်လုံး အကြောင်းကို အနည်းငယ် အကြမ်းဖြင်းလေး ပြောပြချင်ပါတယ်။
ကျွန်တော်တို့စက်ရုံမှာ စက်အားလုံး ၆ လုံးရှိပါတယ်။ Gas Turbine 4 လုံးနဲ့ Steam turbine 2 လုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စက်ရုံကတော့ Thermal power plant ဖြစ်ပြီး gas turbine လည်ပတ်ပြီး ရလာတဲ့ စွန့်ပစ်အပူကို ထပ်မံအသုံးပြုပြီး boiler များဖြင့် ရေနွေးငွေ့ ထုတ်ကာ steam turbine ကို လည်ပတ်စေတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ 9 /10/11 လပိုင်းတွေမှာ စက်ရုံရဲ့ အကြီးစား maintenance ပြုလုပ်တဲ့ကာလများ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စက်ရုံမှာ Phase 2 ခု ရှိပြီး အဲဒီအချိန်က Phase 2 ကို ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းတဲ့ကာလဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် Phase 1 မှာ LM 2500 model အသုံးပြုထားတဲ့ စက်က vibration high alarm နဲ့ ရပ်တန့်သွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် စက်ကို Bore Scope ကြည့်တဲ့အခါ စက်အတွင်းပိုင်းက blade အချို့ ပဲ့ကျ ပျက်စီးနေတာကိုတွေ့ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်ပဲ phase 2 ရဲ့ overhaul ပြီးစီးတဲ့အခါ phase1 ကို အလှည့်ပေးပြီး ပြင်ဆင်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
GE က ထုတ်လုပ်ထားတဲ့ စက်မို့ အသေးစိတ် ချပြလို့မရသလို ပြင်ဆင်ခွင့်ကိုလည်း သူရဲ့ company က လူများသာ လာရောက် ပြင်ဆင်ကြပါတယ်။ကျနော်တို့ကတော့ လိုအပ်တာလေးတွေ ကူညီပေးရင်း သူတို့ ရဲ့ activity တွေကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပေးရတာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီတစ်ကြိမ်က blade ကျိုးပဲ့တာမို့ overhaul သဘောပြင်တင်ရတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Compressor နဲ့ high speed turbine ကို ဖြုတ်ထုတ်ပြီး ငှားရမ်းထားသော အသစ် တစ်လုံးကို အစားထိုး ထည့်ပေးရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လောလောဆယ်တော့ လက်ရှိ အလုံးကို ဖြုတ်ထားပြီး ငှားရမ်းထားသော အလုံးရောက်ရှိလာမှသာ ပြန်လည် တပ်ဆင်ပေးရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒါကတော့ အရင်အပတ်က ကျနော့်ရဲ့ စက်ရုံ မှာ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရတဲ့ အလုပ်ဖြစ်ပြီး အခြား အကြောင်းအရာရယ်လို့ မစဥ်းစားမိဖြစ်ခဲ့တာမို့ ဒီအကြောင်းအရာလေး ကိုပဲ မျှဝေပေးလိုက်ရပါတယ်။
