Delicious Tiramisu Cheesecake| Coffee with Chocholate [ESP/ING]

Hay cosas sumamente exquisitas en la vida entre ellas: el quesillo y el tiramisú; a mi la verdad me gusta hacer quesillos porque es algo que se hace relativamente rápido y que es un postre delicioso. Por otro lado, amo el tiramisú, esa mezcla tan rica que da el café con el chocolate es lo que llamamos comúnmente tiramisú; así que en esta receta estoy mezclando dos ingredientes que me encantan y por ello vamos a ver el paso a paso, así que las personas amantes del café como yo podrán disfrutar de esta buena idea.

Ingredientes:

Una lata de leche condensada.
4 huevos.
4.5 gramos de café instantáneo.
4 galletas de chocolate, en mi caso estuve usando las de la marca oreo.
4 galletas de café, en mi caso estuve usando las de la marca oreo.
50 gramos de cacao.
1/2 taza de azúcar.
Un poco de licor, en mi caso usé ron.

There are some extremely exquisite things in life, among them: quesillo and tiramisu; I really like to make quesillo because it is something that can be done relatively quickly and it is a delicious dessert. On the other hand, I love tiramisu, that rich mixture that gives coffee with chocolate is what we commonly call tiramisu; so in this recipe I am mixing two ingredients that I love and so let's see the step by step, so coffee loving people like me can enjoy this good idea.

Ingredients:

A can of condensed milk.
4 eggs.
4.5 grams of instant coffee.
4 chocolate cookies, in my case I was using the oreo brand.
4 coffee cookies, in my case I was using the oreo brand.
50 grams of cocoa.
1/2 cup of sugar.
A little bit of liquor, in my case I used rum.



Paso a paso:

Lo primero es colocar una taza de agua a hervir, esta es el agua que usaremos para diluir el café y el cacao; cuando el agua este hirviendo le vaciamos los 3 sobre de café instantáneo y el cacao; esto lo mezclamos hasta obtener el líquido nuevamente.

Step by step:

The first thing is to place a cup of water to boil, this is the water that we will use to dilute the coffee and cocoa; when the water is boiling we pour the 3 sachets of instant coffee and the cocoa; this we mix until we obtain the liquid again.



El segundo paso que tenemos es vaciar toda la leche condensada en la licuadora, y agregaremos los huevos; yo primero rompo los huevos en un plato para ver que no estén malos y entonces luego lo llevamos a la licuadora. Después le colocamos un poco de vainilla al gusto y le agregamos la mezcla de café con cacao.

The second step is to empty all the condensed milk into the blender, and add the eggs; I first break the eggs on a plate to make sure they are not bad and then we take them to the blender. Then we add a little vanilla to taste and add the coffee and cocoa mixture.



Seguidamente debemos tomar las galletas y triturarlas y la agregamos también en la mezcla que tenemos en la licuadora; lo último que le colocamos es el licor; luego lo ponemos a licuar y lista la mezcla.

Next, we must take the cookies and crush them and add them to the mixture we have in the blender; the last thing we add is the liqueur; then we put it in the blender and the mixture is ready.



Pero como sabrán el quesillo debe colocarse en una quesillera pero primero debemos hacer el caramelo; para ello debemos sacar media taza de azúcar y 3 cucharadas de agua, esto lo vamos a colocar en la cocina fugo lento y lo iremos moviendo hasta que se haga burbujas y posteriormente debe tomar un color marroncito pero no muy oscuro. Cuando tenemos el caramelo listo entonces vertemos la mezcla en la quesillera.

But as you know the quesillo must be placed in a quesillera but first we must make the caramel; for this we must take half a cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water, we are going to place it in the slow stove and we will move it until it becomes bubbles and then it must take a brownish color but not very dark. When we have the caramel ready then we pour the mixture into the cheesecake maker.



Para cocinar nuestro quesillo hay que colocar en otra hornilla agua que después que hierve, colocamos la quesillera y después de unos 40 minutos nuestro quesillo estará listo y entonces lo dejaremos reposar 5 minutos para después voltearlo y listo: quesillo de tiramisú.

To cook our quesillo we have to put water on another stove and after it boils, we place the quesillera and after about 40 minutes our quesillo will be ready and then we will let it rest for 5 minutes and then turn it over and ready: tiramisu quesillo.



La verdad es que este quesillo lo hice porque mi madre vino a visitarme y realmente lo hice para ella; pero la verdad quedo muy bueno y la consistencia realmente genial. Además la mezcla entre el café y el cacao es realmente buena y me encanto que se siente bastante predominante esta combinación.

The truth is that I made this quesillo because my mother came to visit me and I really made it for her; but the truth is that it was really good and the consistency was really great. Besides the mix between the coffee and the cocoa is really good and I love that it feels quite predominant this combination.

This recipe looks absolutely delicious. I have had a fever from baking recently. I don't have a blender, but this recipe looks like something I could do manually. I love the idea of rum on cakes:)
