How to be organized - Tips for women [ESP/ING]

Todas las mujeres sabemos que nosotras tenemos muchas cosas que hacer en un día, y que nos gusta ser bastante planificadas, además siempre hay que estar pendiente de muchas cosas, entonces, para poder manejar todas las cargas del día o de la vida, busco organizar muy bien mis actividades y mis prioridades. Por otro lado, no nacemos aprendidos, y en particular, aprender a organizarnos es muy complicado, por esto quiero compartirles tips para poder ser más organizadas y que el día nos pueda rendir más y también tener la oportunidad de darnos un tiempo para nosotras mismas.

All women know that we have many things to do in a day, and we like to be quite planned, and we always have to be aware of many things, then, to handle all the burdens of the day or life, I try to organize my activities and my priorities very well. On the other hand, we are not born learned, and in particular, learning to organize ourselves is very complicated, that is why I want to share with you tips to be more organized and that the day can yield us more and also have the opportunity to give us some time for ourselves.


1| Ser realistas

1| Be realistic




Siento que el problema es que cuando pensamos en organizarnos, no somos realistas, queremos hacer 3000 mil cosas al mismo tiempo y así no se puede tampoco, debemos saber que somos capaces de realizar, cuanto normalmente tardamos en hacer nuestras actividades básicas, para apartar ese tiempo en el día. Otra cosa, es dejar un espacio de descanso en nuestra agenda diaria, porque si no, lamentablemente, nos engañamos a nosotros mismas y al terminar el día y darnos cuenta de que no hicimos todo lo planteado, nos sentimos mal.

I feel that the problem is that when we think of organizing ourselves, we are not realistic, we want to do 3000 thousand things at the same time and that is not possible either, we must know what we are capable of doing, how long we normally take to do our basic activities, to set aside that time in the day. Another thing is to leave a space for rest in our daily agenda, because if not, unfortunately, we deceive ourselves and at the end of the day and realize that we did not do everything we had planned, we feel bad.


2| Establecer mentalemente que actividades tenemos pendiente

Cuando me levanto lo primero que hago es establecer mentalemente que son las cosas que tengo que hacer, porque eso me ayuda demasiado a saber que en el día debo cumplir esas cosas. Casi siempre me gusta pensar o establecer esas actividades mientras tomo café, y luego de saber cuales son las cosas, debemos establecer también cuales son las prioridades y que es lo que podemos pasar a los siguientes pasos.

When I get up the first thing I do is to establish mentally what are the things I have to do, because that helps me a lot to know that in the day I have to accomplish those things. I almost always like to think or establish those activities while I drink coffee, and after knowing what the things are, we must also establish what the priorities are and what we can move on to the next steps.


3| Escribirlo

3| Write it down




Ya sea que anotes en una agenda o en las notas del teléfono, siempre es bueno que hagas alguna lista donde coloque en orden de prioridad las actividades y al final colocar las cosas que son opcionales. Sinceramente a mi me encanta poder escribir porque eso no me ayuda a memorizar y mantener presente esta lista justo en todo momento, así que si sientes que se te olvidan las cosas y que por eso tus días son un desastre, necesitas poner en práctica esre consejo.

Whether you write it down in a planner or in your phone notes, it is always good to make a list where you prioritize the activities and at the end put the things that are optional. Honestly I love to be able to write because it helps me to memorize and keep this list present at all times, so if you feel that you forget things and that's why your days are a disaster, you need to put this advice into practice.


4| Ordena el espacio físico

4| Order the physical space




Parte de la organización, viene de ver cosas que te generen paz, la verdad es que a mi me gusta mas que todo, que los espacios físicos esten ordenados, por ello siempre me tomo aunque sea 10 minutos para poder organizar todo muy bien. Siempre recomiendo que ordenemos nuestros espacios de crear o los que consideremos más importantes, porque de esta manera tendremos un lugar que nos transmita paz y por ende podemos realizar nuestras actividades con tranquilidad.

Part of the organization comes from seeing things that generate peace, the truth is that I like more than anything, that the physical spaces are tidy, so I always take at least 10 minutes to organize everything very well. I always recommend that we order our spaces to create or those that we consider most important, because in this way we will have a place that transmits peace and therefore we can perform our activities with tranquility.


5| No distraernos

5| Do not get distracted




Yo sé, sé que es difícil, porque de pronto, uno esta concentrado en cualquier cosa y se va por otro lado y la verdad terminamos retrasando todas las demás cosas, por ende, por momentos no podemos tomar descanso o terminamos dejando algo para otro día. Cuando estoy haciendo algo serio, siempre intento alejar todo lo que pueda distraerme, el teléfono, la música, cualquier cosa que me pueda retrasar.

I know, I know it's difficult, because all of a sudden, you are focused on something else and you go somewhere else and the truth is that we end up delaying everything else, therefore, at times we can't take a break or we end up leaving something for another day. When I am doing something serious, I always try to put away everything that can distract me, the phone, music, anything that can slow me down.


La organización de nuestro día, de nuestros estudios o trabajos es clave, si somos mujeres organizadas podremos alcanzar muchas metas. Soy una persona organizada gracias a estos consejos que he decidido compartir con ustedes, y ser organizada es una de mis mayores cualidades y por los que muchas veces mis estudios y el trabajo no colisionan.

The organization of our day, of our studies or work is key, if we are organized women we can achieve many goals. How I carryout my routine everyday, if there are more than one task I have to do, I rather start with the simplest till I get to the though one but if by chance I am not able to do it successful especially the though one, I will go sleep then when I wake up, I will have more beautiful chances to do it sucesfull.
