My Basic Hair Care Routine| Let's talk about Hair Care [ESP/ING]

En diciembre decidí cortar mi cabello, desde entonces he estado buscando una rutina de cabello que se ajustará basicamente a mis nuevas necesidades, porque en ocasiones someterme a tratamiendo de calor, no es lo que busco. Por tanto, he decidido al menos una semana llevar mi cabellito al natural.
Por ende, les quiero hablar de mis dos productos estrellas y que según yo, son de cuidado básico, hablo del shampoo y el acondicionador. Siempre me gusta reseñar los shampoo que uso, porque siento que a veces es un poco difícil conseguir una bueno y razonable respecto al precio. En setiembre del año pasado yo estuve cambiando de marca, de Pantene a Garnier.
In December I decided to cut my hair, since then I have been looking for a hair routine that will basically fit my new needs, because sometimes subjecting myself to heat treatment is not what I am looking for. Therefore, I have decided to wear my hair natural for at least a week.
Therefore, I want to talk about my two star products and that according to me, are basic care, I'm talking about the shampoo and conditioner. I always like to review the shampoos I use, because I feel that sometimes it is a bit difficult to get a good and reasonable one regarding the price. In September last year I was switching brands, from Pantene to Garnier.
Esta versión forma parte de la línea "Fructis" de Garnier, la cual está formulada con aceite de argán y queratina vegetal, con la finalidad de controlar el frizz. No tiene parabemnos, ni sulfatos, por tanto es un poco más amigable con la salud de nuestro cuero cabelludo. Si pueden ver en las fotos, casi no me queda y lo he amado.
Acá también estarán viendo cómo se ve el cabello después, no puedo decir que no tengo frizz, pero si reduce muchísimo comparado con antes, porque el frizz es un problema bastante real y grave para mí. También pueden ver la cantidad que aplico, esa cantidad la repito por dos ocasiones más. Un plus de este producto, es el olor, huele DIVINO, me encanta su olor.
This version is part of Garnier's "Fructis" line, which is formulated with argan oil and vegetable keratin to control frizz. It has no parabens or sulfates, so it is a little more friendly to the health of our scalp. If you can see in the pictures, it almost didn't fit and I loved it.
Here you can also see how my hair looks after, I can't say that I have no frizz, but it reduces a lot compared to before, because frizz is a very real and serious problem for me. You can also see the amount I apply, that amount I repeat two more times. A plus of this product is the smell, it smells DIVINE, I love the smell.
¿Qué vendría en la rutina? El acondicionador, hace unas semanas estuve comprando un acondicionador de farmatodo, porque dice que ayuda con la caída del cabello y de verdad que lo mio es MASIVO, realmente por mis procesos hormonales, y estoy consciente de que el acondicionador solo no hará mucho, pero igual quise probar.
También pueden ver con la fotos cuanto aplico, este lo dejo unos minutos y también lo suelo mezclar con una mascarilla capilar de la marca farmatodo. Particularmente, siento que no es nada pesado, dice estar formulado con aceites y extractos naturales, y siento que deja un brillo y una suavidad bastante marcada en el cabello.
What would come in the routine? The conditioner, a few weeks ago I was buying a conditioner from farmatodo, because it says it helps with hair loss and it really is MASSIVE, really because of my hormonal processes, and I am aware that the conditioner alone will not do much, but I still wanted to try it.
You can also see in the pictures how much I apply, I leave it on for a few minutes and I also mix it with a hair mask from farmatodo. Particularly, I feel that it is not heavy at all, it claims to be formulated with natural oils and extracts, and I feel that it leaves a quite marked shine and softness in the hair.
Luego de sacar el enjuage, me peino y me coloco protector de calor aunque no vaya a secar o planchar mi cabello. Así lo pueden ver mojado y luego seco. No les mentiré, llevar el cabello así requiere más tiempo para peinarlo, pero, espero que mi cabello lo agradezca.
La verdad me gustan mi dos productos estrellas (llora porque el shampoo se le está acabando)... Realmente en términos de cabello, tengo que comprar varias cosas, como protector térmico (amo el de novex), crema para peinar y me muero por usar más hidratación en mi cabello.
After I remove the rinse, I comb my hair and put on heat protectant even if I'm not going to blow dry or flat iron my hair. This way you can see it wet and then dry. I won't lie to you, wearing my hair like this requires more time to style it, but, I hope my hair appreciates it.
I really like my two star products (crying because the shampoo is running out).... Actually in terms of hair, I have to buy several things, like heat protectant (love the novex one), styling cream and I'm dying to use more moisturizer on my hair.

Los productos farmatodo son muy buenos y de verdad los recomiendo al 100%. Igual, debemos buscar siempre aquellos productos que sean amables con nuestro cabello y que bueno que decidas dejarlo al natural jejeje. Saludos!
