WIN STEEM leading a healthier life with ACTIFIT

Hi friends, I really don't know why I didn't write this post before as I've been an active user of the ACTIFIT App for almost a year.

If you don't know what ACTIFIT is, I will explain it to you in a very simple way. It is an application that keeps track of your daily activity by counting your movements through your smartphone or smart clock.

3. Done, this would be your report of the day, which works like a normal Steemit post to which you can (and should) place tags and the title of your preference.
   
   After that your publication will be commented and voted by ACTIFIT. The higher your activity record, the more rewards you will achieve in AFIT. In addition to this your post will also generate rewards in STEEM when receiving votes from those users who enjoy reading your reports

The rewards in AFIT can be exchanged by STEEM using Steem Engine, but you can also "burn" them by exchanging them for votes in your reports, that way you will secure much higher votes. For example, 20 AFIT can be burned and receive a vote worth $1 not bad, right?
