delicioso espaguetis con pollo y ensalada /delicious spaghetti with chicken and salad

hola amigos de #FoodiesBee un gusto poderles compartir el almuerzo que realice hoy con pocas cosas pero me gusto el resultado ,fue un espaguetis con pollo guisado y ensalada la verdad me sorprendió que quedo tan delicioso ..

En los ingredientes utilice :

• Pollo

• zanahoria

• cebolla

• ají

• ajo

• orégano al gusto

• sal

In the ingredients use :

• Chicken

• carrot

• onion

• chili

• garlic

• oregano to taste

• salt

Preparación: Comencé picando ,zanahoria ,cebolla y ají pique en pedacitos pequeños para sofreír .luego con mi piedrita le di unos toquecitos a los ajos para así aplastarlo ...

Preparation: I started chopping carrots, onion and chili bell pepper into small pieces to fry, then with my pebble I gave a few touches to the garlic to crush it....

Luego agregue orégano y moví hasta que se integraran los ingredientes ..ya listo los aliños y condimentos integrados fui colocando el pollo picado y procedí a mover ,le coloque un vaso de agua grande y lo tape y lo coloque en llama baja para que se cocinara ..

Luego en una cacerola grande coloque agua y tape para hacer la pasta y en una pequeña cacerola coloque la zanahoria y la papa picada en trocitos para ablandarlas y así hacer la ensalada para dos personas ..

luego lista la zanahoria y la papa procedí a picarlas y aplique la mayonesa al gusto ,dos cucharadas .
