Greetings dear Hivers of the #CinnamonCupCoffee community today I wanted to share with you the visit I made to my daughter's favorite coffee shop. Recently, in December, a colossal mall was inaugurated very close to my house, almost at the same time in another mall (much smaller) closed this one of the branches of this coffee shop, which made my daughter very sad.

She used to drink there a coffee and ice cream shake that worked wonders on her palate, so we went to another of their stores, in the center of the city of Caracas, which made her come back to enjoy her appreciated elixir, I had a coffee, yes, espresso, which was absolutely delicious.

I know I have always said that I do not like them, in one of my posts here in the community testify it, but I took it because the ice cream (And its mixture with coffee I have never tried it, because I feel terror that I end up hating it this of the modern mixtures of flavors that fall into the hipster line. So I opted for a simple coffee like me.

This is Páramo Café, a very busy place, where in addition to coffee they offer desserts, cookies, ham and cheese cakes and coffee in many variations. In addition, the decoration seems to pay tribute to Venezuelan colonial architecture and, of course, to coffee.

The truth is that it has a large space and a very pleasant atmosphere, and the service is magnificent, once you pay for the coffee or the products you have bought they give you a ticket and a kind gentleman brings your order to the table, and while he was waiting I amused myself taking some pictures.

Amarú ordered a chocolate cookie that I remember eating many years ago, long before she was born. So I will surely go back and order my coffee with a cookie, although it is not the same recipe, as this one is softer, the flavor is the same, which will be a great delight.

Some colonial houses in downtown Caracas have been (or continue to be) restored to open new spaces for tasting or entertainment. Places that we are grateful for in an area that is a bit hostile to visitors.

If anyone knows the name of this black cookie, which I assume has an American recipe, as I used to eat it at a fast food place called Wendy's, let me know so I can do some research on the recipe and make it at home, a little crunchier, because this one was a little moist.

The truth is that this place is much more beautiful than the one that closed near home, not only for the ambiance of coffee beans and beautiful lights, but also for the offer, since in the previous one it was only possible to have coffee and ice cream shakes. So it is a wonderful discovery (especially for the cookie).

Saludos estimados Hivers de la comunidad #CinnamonCupCoffee hoy he querido compartir con ustedes la visita que hice a la cafetería preferida de mi hija. Hace poco, en diciembre, fue inaugurado un centro comercial colosal muy cerca de mi casa, casi al mismo tiempo en otro centro comercial (mucho más pequeño) cerró esta una de las sucursales de esta cafetería, lo que puso muy triste a mi hija.

Ella acostumbraba a tomar allí un batido de café y helado que hacía maravillas en su paladar, así que fuimos a otra de sus tiendas, en el centro de la ciudad de Caracas, lo que hizo que volviera a disfrutar de su apreciado elixir, yo tomé un café, si, expreso, que estaba absolutamente delicioso.

Se que siempre he dicho que no me gustan, en uno de mis post aquí en la comunidad lo testifican, pero lo tomé pues el helado (Y su mezcla con café nunca lo he probado, pues siento terror que termine aborreciéndolo esto de las mezclas modernas de sabores que caen en el renglón hípster. Así que me decanté por un café simple como yo.

Se trata de Páramo Café, un local muy concurrido, donde además de café ofrecen postres, galletas, pasteles de jamón y queso y café en muchas variantes. Además la decoración parece rendirle tributo a la arquitectura colonial venezolana y, por supuesto, al café.

La verdad tiene un espacio amplio y un ambiente muy agradable, y la atención es magnífica, una vez que pagas el café o los productos que hayas comprado te dan un ticket y un amable señor trae tu pedido a la mesa, y mientras el tardaba yo me entretuve tomando algunas fotos.

Amarú pidió una galleta de chocolate que recuerdo haber comido hace muchos años, mucho antes de que ella naciera. Así que seguramente volveré y pediré mi café con una galleta, aunque no es la misma receta, ya que esta es mas blanda, el sabor es el mismo, lo que significará un gran deleite.

Algunas casa coloniales del centro de Caracas han sido (o continúan siendo) restauradas para abrir nuevos espacios de degustación o esparcimiento. Lugares que agradecemos en una zona que es un poco hostil con los visitantes.

Si alguien sabe el nombre de ésta galleta negra, que asumo tiene receta estadounidense, pues la comía en un local de comida rápida llamado Wendy's, me informa para investigar un poco sobre la receta y hacerla en casa, un poco más crujiente, porque esta estaba un poco húmeda.

La verdad este local está mucho más hermoso que el que cerraron cerca de casa, no solo por la ambientación de granos de café y hermosas luminarias, también por la oferta, ya que el en anterior solo era posible tomar café y los batidos de helados. Así que es un descubrimiento maravilloso (sobre todo por la galleta).
