This is my roommate, a Spanish ballerina with some Gypsy blood. She's finally travelling now, trying to find her new path in life. This shot embodies indeed her true wild nature. Hairy, darker skin woman with a cigarette in her mouth, defying the social barriers with a satisfied smile on her face. untamable. It is a pleasure to see & shoot such a woman.
This time we went for an excursion to Istria, my favorite part of Croatia. It was a beautiful sunny winter day. I stopped to pour water from a natural spring just below the chapel of St. Quirin, near Sušnjevica, Istria, Croatia, below the West side of mountain Učka.
Even in this moment she looks like dancing. "All the world's a stage!", so, keep on dancing in the free world!

When the woman is happy, she's emitting happiness all around & can make others happy too. So, girls, be happy & satisfied with yourselves & your lives! Don't expect & wait others to make you feel good cause no one can do it, except you! There is no prince on the white horse!

The upper portrait I made with Nikon Z6 & Sigma 105 mm DG Macro HSM lens & for the self-portrait below I used the older Nikon D800 with Nikon AF Nikkor 35-70 mm lens.
