Today I want to share with you some tips to control that anxiety that can generate something new🔍, waiting or the future, that anguish that can appear out of nowhere by multiple situations and that can trigger mental😓🤕😩 chaos (feeling of insecurity, insufficiency, worry) and physical (taticardia, agitation and respiratory distress).

Today📆 I delivered my complete scientific article and the truth is that I did not know if I would approve it or not😩, and this generated a strong anguish and anxiety for a moment;
Because I had invested a lot of time, money and effort in the realization of the diploma to graduate🎓.
And I really want to approve it.✅
I stopped all my thoughts for a moment and I knew how to identify what was happening to me.
I was suffering from ANXIETY.
Porque había invertido mucho tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo en la realización del diplomado para graduarme🎓.
Pare todos mis pensamientos por un momento y supe identificar lo que me estaba pasando.
And to calm my anxiety today I use these four strategies;
1)The first thing I did was to recognize the emotion that I was experiencing🧐, which has an adaptive function but that at that time was not helping me at all.
2)Which led me to my second step which was to ask myself if I could really do something about what I was going through or feeling🤔, if was the decision of those jurors really in my hands?.
3)The next thing was to recognize what was within my reach and what was really up to me ❓, which was to give my best in my article and know that I cannot control what is external🌍.
4)To finally look at other activities that I had arranged for my day 📝 and focus my attention on something that produces well-being.
Y para calmar mi ansiedad de hoy utilice estas cuatro estrategias;
1)Lo primero que hice fue reconocer la emoción que estaba experimentando🧐, la cual tiene una función adaptativa pero que en ese momento no me estaba ayudando para nada.
2)Lo cual me llevó a mi segundo paso que fue preguntarme a mi misma si realmente podría hacer algo al respecto de lo que estaba pasando o sintiendo🤔, si ¿realmente estaba en mis manos la decisión de esos jurados?.
3)Lo siguiente fue reconocer lo que estaba a mi alcance y lo que realmente me correspondía a mí❓, que fue dar lo mejor de mí en mi artículo y saber que no puedo controlar lo que es externo🌍.
4)Para finalmente fijarme en otras actividades que tenía dispuestas para mi día📝 y enfocar mi atención en algo que me produzca bienestar.
This helped me a little; changing the focus of attention and thinking more logically can lead us back to peace of mind🌼.
