Espero y deseo que estén bien hoy, en esta oportunidad me gustaría compartir con ustedes cómo fue mi transformación y cambio de bicicleta🔧⚙️, con la cual viaje 250 kilómetros y rendí muchísimo más💪🚲💯, así como también lo que significó mi bicicleta clásica para mi, algunas reflexiones💭 y fotografías📸 del proceso de cambio🔁🔃.

Como sabrán en mi bicicleta clásica de ruta he llegado a muchos lugares, he estrenado muchísimos kilómetros🛣️ y me ha regalado muy buenos momentos, sin embargo con mi Rouse🚲 (mi bici antigua) tenía un problema de carácter ergonómico (la adaptación de la máquina a la anatomía humana);

As you will know on my classic road bike I have reached many places, I have released many kilometers🛣️ and it has given me very good moments, however with my Rouse🚲 (my old bike) had an ergonomic problem (the adaptation of the machine to the human anatomy);

Ya que su altura era superior a la mía y eso me ocasionaba molestias en algunas partes del cuerpo, es por eso que tome la decisión de cambiar de cuadro de bicicleta, ya que para esos días tenía un gran viaje y no quería sentir esas molestias todo el camino.

Since his height was higher than mine and that caused me discomfort in some parts of the body, that is why I made the decision to change bicycle frames, since for those days I had a great trip and I did not want to feel those discomforts all the way.

Casualmente unos días antes del viaje un amigo público un cuadro de ruta talla s, en su estado de WhatsApp📲;

Y le pedí su ubicación para ir a detallarlo ya que me parecía muy lindo e ideal para mi, aparte de que este cuadro es mucho más moderno que mi modelo Gran Master de Hierro.

Al llegar donde mi amigo revise el cuadro y ni tenía ningún problema aparente, por lo que hicimos el negocio y me lo lleve sin pensarlo dos veces;

Arriving where my friend checked the chart and I didn't even have any apparent problems, so we did the business and took it without a second thought;

Ese día fui con otro amigo, el cual me ayudo a trasportar mi cuadro nuevo hasta la tienda de bicicletas donde reparo mis bicis.

That day I went with another friend, who helped me transport my new frame to the bike shop where I repair my bikes.

Y allí comenzó la trasformación🔃🔁;

Todas las partes que le había comprado a mi bicicleta clásica se las fuimos pasando al nuevo cuadro, eso tardo unas cuantas horas...

All the parts I had bought to my classic bike we passed them to the new frame, that took a few hours ...

Y así iba quedando el trabajo⏳;

And that's how the work was going⏳;

Yo estaba muy emocionada porque por fin tendría una bicicleta de mi talla y una bicicleta más liviana y moderna, lo cual me ayudaría en mi rendimiento físico.

I was very excited because I would finally have a bike of my size and a lighter and more modern bike, which would help me in my physical performance.

Luego de pasarle todos los componentes así quedó mi nueva bicicleta🤯, la cual aún no tiene nombre😅🤣, pero es muy bonita;

After passing all the components like this was my new bike🤯, which still has no name😅🤣, but it is very beautiful;

Lo cierto es que hubieron componentes que no se le pudieron adaptar⚙️🔧🧰 por cuestiones de talla, ya que la nueva bicicleta es un modelo overside (ancho) y la bicicleta antigua es un modelo clásico🚲, así que para resolver en ese momento un amigo que trabaja en esa tienda de bicicletas me presto su volante viejo de su bicicleta y sus palancas de cambio y freno (las cuales son integradas).

Para que así yo pudiera realizar mi gran viaje, y cuando tenga la disponibilidad de comprar las palancas integradas de mi bicicleta se las pueda devolver junto con su volante.

The truth is that there were components that could not be adapted⚙️🔧🧰 for reasons of size, since the new bike is an overside model (width) and the old bike is a classic model🚲, so to solve at that time a friend who works in that bicycle shop lent me his old steering wheel of his bicycle and his shift and brake levers (which are integrated).

So that I could make my great trip, and when I have the availability to buy the integrated levers of my bicycle I can return them along with your steering wheel.

Aquí me pueden ver a mi con mi Rouse🚲📸⬆️, una bicicleta sumamente fiel 💯que me regalo muchas sonrisas, viajes y momentos, mi bicicleta antigua siempre estará en mi corazón, significó mucho para mi.

Here you can see me with my Rouse🚲📸⬆️, an extremely faithful bicycle 💯 that gave me many smiles, trips and moments, my old bicycle will always be in my heart, it meant a lot to me.

Y por otra parte podemos verme a mí con mi📸⬆️ nueva bicicleta de ruta🚴‍♀️, en mitad de mi viaje de 250 kilómetros🛣️, me gusto mucho la diferencia que hay entre la distancia y las medidas de la bicicleta, porque eso me ayudo a rendir más durante ese entrenamiento largo que lleve a cabo.

And on the other hand we can see me with my📸⬆️ new road bike🚴 ♀️, in the middle of my trip of 250 kilometers🛣️, I really liked the difference between the distance and the measurements of the bike, because that helped me to perform more during that long training I carry out.

Con mi Rouse inicie en el ciclismo y los viajes largos, y ahora con mi bicicleta nueva inicie una aventura larga (la más larga hasta ahora para mi), sin duda alguna puedo decir que el ciclismo te cambia la vida y que las bicicletas son uno de los mejores inventos que ha hecho el hombre, me alegra cada día tener la oportunidad de mejorar en el deporte y de tener mi bicicleta al día (aunque aún le falten algunas cosas), poco a poco sé que mejorará también.

With my Rouse I started cycling and long trips, and now with my new bike start a long adventure (the longest so far for me), without a doubt I can say that cycling changes your life and that bicycles are one of the best inventions that man has made, I am happy every day to have the opportunity to improve in the sport and to have my bike up to date (although still missing some things), little by little I know it will get better too.
