En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia bastante divertida💯 y gratificante que sucedió hace poco con una persona muy genial🤝, alguien nueva en mi vida a la que invité a hacer algo nuevo también para ella🆕, andar en bici🚲.

Y aunque ella no sabía cómo, al final del día lo logramos el objetivo🎯, en este post les comparto todo. Espero lo disfruten, un abrazo.

Hello to all my dear Hive❤️ readers, especially my Fulldeportes community.

This time I want to share with you a very fun💯 and rewarding experience that happened recently with a very great🤝 person, someone new in my life whom I invited to do something new also for her🆕, ride a bike🚲.

And although she did not know how, at the end of the day we achieved the goal🎯, in this post I share everything. I hope you enjoy it, a hug.

Esta pequeña aventura la realizamos Anna y yo el 29 de abril📆, un día en el que ella se quedó en mi casa🏠 y yo tenía disponibles y buenas mis dos bicis montañeras🚴🏼‍♀️⛰️;

This little adventure was done by Anna and I on April📆 29, a day in which she stayed at my house🏠 and I had my two mountain bikes🚴🏼‍♀️⛰️ available and good ;

Hace un tiempo que le decía para salir a pasear por ahí🚲, ya que ella me había dicho que sí sabía montar bici pero nos esperaba otra realidad😅...

Aquí me ven a mí ajustando🔧 y arreglando las bicis para salir;

Some time ago I told her to go for a walk there🚲, since she had told me that ** she did know how to ride a bike ** but another reality😅 awaited us ...

Here you see me adjusting🔧 and fixing the bikes to go out;

Me agradó verla emocionada por hacer deporte, es algo que realmente me gusta bastante🔥 y hacerlo con personas agradables es aún mejor🔝, sobre todo enseñarles lo que yo aprendí en el tiempo⏳.

En esta pequeña ruta de enseñanza le preste uno de mis trajes ciclistas👀 a Anna para que se sintiera aún más cómoda;✅

I was pleased to see her excited to play sports, it's something that I really like a lot🔥 and doing it with nice people is even better🔝, especially teaching them what I learned over time⏳.

On this little teaching route I lent one of my cycling👀 suits to Anna to make her feel even more comfortable; ✅

Y también mi casco🪖🚲 ya que quería que estuviera segura👍.

Para iniciar fuimos a la calle🛣️ de por mi casa y ella se montó en la bici y ella tenía algo de miedo💥;

And also my helmet🪖🚲 as I wanted it to be safe👍.

To start we went to the street🛣️ for my house and she got on the bike and she was a little scared💥;

Pues que tenía años sin manejar bicicleta. Una de las cosas que hice para darle confianza es que ajuste el asiento lo más pequeño posible para que llegara al suelo👁️‍🗨️.

Duramos un buen rato en la calle de mi casa dando pequeñas vueltas para que pusiera recuperar la confianza en la bici.

Pero no fue hasta que llegamos a un campo🏟️ cercano en el que ella finalmente se soltó🚲;

Well, I hadn't ridden a bicycle for years. One of the things I did to give it confidence is to adjust the seat as small as possible so that it reached the floor👁️‍🗨️.

We lasted a long time in the street of my house doing small laps so that I could regain confidence in the bike.

But it wasn't until we reached a nearby field🏟️ that she finally broke loose🚲;

Ya que su mayor miedo era caerse y hacerse daño🤕 y por lo menos en el césped🌿🌱 no le pasaría nada grave.

Me alegro mucho ver su cara de felicidad al lograrlo🏅;

Since his greatest fear was to fall and hurt🤕 himself and at least on the grass🌿🌱 nothing serious would happen to him.

I'm so glad to see his happy face at it🏅;

Hubieron varios intentos fallidos pero nunca se rindió y escucho los consejos que yo le daba💪.

Después de un rato jugando en bici en ese mismo campo presenciamos un partido de voleibol🏐;

There were several failed attempts but he never gave up and listened to the advice I gave💪 him.

After a while playing a bike on that same field we witnessed a volleyball🏐 match;

Y finalmente fuimos a la casa a comer y a descansar💤.

And finally we went to the house to eat and rest💤.

Una de los consejos que les dejo si le quieren enseñar a alguien a andar en bicicleta es que tengan paciencia👁️‍🗨️, que los escuchen y los hagan sentir seguros, que les digan algunas técnicas como que el pedalear de manera continua hará que la bicicleta se mantenga en equilibrio y no se caigan🤕, que tomen con seguridad el volante y que practiquen en un lugar seguro y sin autos o personas transitan🚶🏻‍♀️⚠️.

One of the tips that I leave if you want to teach someone to ride a bicycle is to be patient👁️‍🗨️, to listen to them and make them feel safe, to tell them some techniques such as that pedaling continuously will keep the bicycle balanced and not fall🤕, to safely take the wheel and to practice in a safe place without cars or people transiting🚶🏻‍♀️⚠️.
