Una tarde de mayo fui a visitar a mi amigo Lamberth y cuando llegue a su casa me encontre con esto🥰;

One afternoon in May I went to visit my friend Lamberth and when I got home I came across this🥰;

Su hermosa perrita Susy, quién fue rescatada por el y su familia hace 6 años⏳. Susy es muy cariñosa, me recordó a mi perrita princesa que esta en el cielo de los perritos🥺.

Mi amigo Lamberth esta un poco loco😅🤣 pero, es divertido;

His beautiful dog Susy, who was rescued by him and his family 6 years ago⏳. Susy is very affectionate, she reminded me of my princess dog who is in the dog heaven🥺.

My friend Lamberth is a little crazy😅🤣 but, it's funny;

Aquí📸⬆️ estaba diciendo que Susy sabía nadar🏊🐩.

Esa tarde no tenía planeado salir en bicicleta pero mi amigo me convenció😎;

Here📸⬆️ he was saying that Susy knew how to swim🏊🐩.

That afternoon I had no plans to go out on a bike but my friend convinced😎 me;

Me presto unos zapatos y su bici y un casco y salimos al castaño vía Choroni📍.

Donde en la subida veníamos compitiendo entre nosotros 🤣🏁;

I borrow some shoes and his bike and a helmet and we go out to the chestnut tree via Choroni📍.

Where on the climb we had been competing with each other 🤣🏁 ;

Fue súper divertido el recorrido, realmente me hizo pensar que andar en bici🚲 no solo es bueno para el cuerpo🚶‍♀️ sino también para la mente y el alma (nos mantiene en contacto con nuestro niño interior).

Una vez llegamos arriba, tomamos agua y bajamos esa empinada montaña⏬🚴‍♀️⛰️;

The tour was super fun, it really made me think that riding a bike🚲 is not only good for the body🚶 but also for the mind and soul (it keeps us in touch with our inner child).

Once we reached the top, we drank water and went down that steep mountain⏬🚴⛰️ ;

Lo gracioso es que llovió🌧️ justo cuando estábamos llegando a la casa de mi amigo, nos tuvimos que refugiar mientras escampaba☁️.

Y luego fuimos al parque el ejército las ballenas📍🐳;

The funny thing is that it rained🌧️ just as we were arriving at my friend's house, we had to take shelter while camping☁️.

And then we went to the park the army the whales📍🐳;

Dónde compartimos otro rato con nuestro amigo Deivys🤝 (otra amistad del ciclismo🚲).

Deivys esta un poco loco también😂 como Lamberth pero son buenas personas;

Where we shared another time with our friend Deivys 🤝 (another cycling🚲 friendship).

Deivys is a bit crazy too😂 like Lamberth but they are good people;

De verdad que me la pase muy bien esa noche🌃, en esos momentos yo estaba pasando por un mal momento familiar😓 y con la bici y mis amigos y la tardenoche🌄🌑 me pude distraer un rato.

Espero que ustedes también tengan con quien contar en momentos difíciles.

Es importante saber salir, sobre todo en estos momentos.

I really had a great time that night🌃, at that time I was going through a bad family😓 moment and with the bike and my friends and the afternoon🌄🌑 night I could distract myself for a while.
