How do you cope with these critical moments when fear prevails in this bear market in cryptocurrencies?

In times of uncertainty is where a plan to protect our assets should prevail, although it is true that we will not get losses until we sell our cryptocurrencies, it is also true that for many who are new to this world they panic and decide to sell their cryptocurrencies at a loss, thinking that their prices will fall further.

It is not the first time that the market has had this behavior and many of us are aware that the market is going to recover, however there is a very difficult variable to quantify, and it is the fact of knowing by what time it will start to recover and go up in price, the time of the cryptocurrency market is very autonomous, and although there are some factors that help to estimate that time, there is always an unexpected news that makes it go up or down in price.

It is important that we do not place money in cryptocurrencies that we will need later, because if we need that money later, there is a possibility that we will have to sell at a loss, in the case that we have not placed money in cryptocurrencies that we will need later, then it is best that we do not panic and keep our cryptocurrencies until the price rises and we can leave in profit, which in the end is the goal of working with cryptocurrencies.

In my particular case the cryptocurrency I am holding I am not going to sell it because I am simply panicking, now you may be wondering:

What are you going to hold on to for as long as it takes for the cryptocurrency to recover?

There are two elements that you should count on for scenarios like this, one of them is to always have a stable cryptocurrency stash that is important for our expenses, the other element that can help us is to have a job that helps us to cover our expenses and thus keep our cryptocurrency investments intact.

For me in particular as a long term job investing in cryptocurrencies when everyone is selling in panic is my priority, and I sell some of my positions when everyone is euphoric buying in a bullish scenario, I know everyone will have their own ways of investing, any can work as long as we have our goals clear, the market sentiment is in panic, I just hope many do not get carried away by this sentiment and sell to losses just because of this little storm.
