Why are small bitcoin savers buying on price drops?
Hello friends, this time I want to share with you all a reflection of a financial and educational nature, related to the fact that currently there is a trend that small bitcoin holders are increasing their bitcoin buying rate, which in the end can translate into the formation of a bottom of the price.
This trend makes us reflect on the fact that despite the fact that the cryptocurrency market is going through a critical situation, small bitcoin holders have educated themselves well to finish understanding that it is in fear scenarios where cryptocurrencies are bought, especially knowing the great potential that bitcoin and many cryptocurrencies in general have.
Today the trend is the opposite of other times, where small investors sold their cryptocurrency holdings out of fear and the whales took advantage of this to buy at a good price, however now the trend is the opposite, i.e. currently the whales are selling their bitcoin holdings and the shrimps and crabs are buying these bitcoin at an intermediate rate of purchase speed.
What I find odd about this trend is that suddenly the big whales have some insider information that the little fish don't have, and because of that this weird buying and selling trend is happening.
What I really like about this trend is that I prefer a large amount of bitcoin distributed among small fish like shrimp and crabs that can buy in this bear market of between 1 to 10 BTC, than that the holdings are in the hands of a few whales that in the end what they achieve is to have control of a more manipulated market.
For the future what I think may happen is that the big investors realize that now the financial education in marketing in the buying and selling of bitcoin is more equal, and small investors have learned and getting used to the idea of buying in the falls, all this makes the competition more equal, as previously in the falls were the big whales who took advantage to buy.
With this I do not mean that the big whales will get out of this investment business, if they are selling suddenly it is to take advantage and have liquidity to buy for when the market continues to correct.
Somehow or another it could be seen how bitcoin savings are gradually given for now by shrimps and crabs, but as the market is giving security, especially responding to the security of users who see that their investments in cryptocurrencies can be lost in exchanges that can go bankrupt as FTX did, then more investors will be added to the cryptocurrency market, both small, medium and large investors.
The psychological education of the investor is fundamental to see these changes in trends, where now small and medium cryptocurrency investors buy bitcoin in bearish scenarios, it is assumed that small investors already perform their analysis without being exposed to manipulation and unfounded fears.
