Realice un entrenamiento de tres tipos de agarre en dominadas con lastre, los cuales son supino, prono y neutro.
Perform a training of three types of grip in weighted pull-ups, which are supine, prone and neutral.
Para comenzar realice:
4x8 muscle-ups
4x15 pull-ups
4x15chin-ups
4x12 neutral pull-ups
To start perform:
4x8 muscle-ups
4x15 pull-ups
4x15chin-ups
4x12 neutral pull-ups
Y al finalizar realice dos series de máximas repeticiones sin lastre con los tres tipos de agarre.
And at the end perform two sets of maximum repetitions without ballast with all three types of grip.
