[ESP - ENG] First day of school

Un saludo y abrazo para mi gente de Hive. Semanas antes de empezar las clases le comenté a mis hijos que las clases iban a iniciar, ellos estaban muy emocionados y contentos, tanto que el segundo de mis hijos el cual tiene ocho años de edad no podía ocultar la emoción que sentía en ese momento. De todos mis hijos él es el que más expresas sus emociones, riendo, saltando o alzando su voz de emoción e incluso bailando el punto es que le cuesta estarse tranquilo.

Greetings and hugs to my people at Hive. Weeks before starting classes I told my children that the classes were going to start, they were very excited and happy, so much so that the second of my children who is eight years old could not hide the excitement he felt at that moment. Of all my children he is the one who expresses his emotions the most, laughing, jumping or raising his voice with excitement and even dancing, the point is that it is hard for him to be quiet.

A diferencia de los demás, que tomaron la noticia con calma pero felices, estaban ansiosos de querer asistir a la escuela. Me alegro por ellos porque aunque asistirán a clase solo una vez a la semana, para ellos es muy emocionante poder conocer nuevos maestros y compañeros de clases.

Unlike the others, who took the news calmly but happily, they were eager to attend school. I am happy for them because even though they will attend class only once a week, it is very exciting for them to be able to meet new teachers and classmates.

El día martes 09/11/2021 iniciaron las clases de mi segundo hijo. Ese día él estaba muy contento y emocionado porque tenía que asistir a las clases presenciales, recuerdo que ese día él estaba pendiente de la hora. Porque tenía que estar en el colegio a la 1:00 p. m.

On Tuesday 11/09/2021 my second son's classes started. That day he was very happy and excited because he had to attend classes in person, I remember that day he was watching the time. Because he had to be at school at 1:00 p. m.

Ese día me toco que salir de compra y se me hizo un poco tarde, tenía que preparar el almuerzo y llevar a mi hijo al colegio; no quería llegar tarde ya que era su primer día.

That day I had to go shopping and I was a little late, I had to prepare lunch and take my son to school; I didn't want to be late since it was his first day.

Y con el "corre y corre" se nos hizo tarde aun así nos dirigimos a la escuela. Él estaba muy feliz, estaba ansioso de conocer a su nueva maestra y de conocer el colegio donde iba a estudiar.

And with the "run and run" we were late, but still we headed to school. He was very happy, he was anxious to meet his new teacher and to get to know the school where he was going to study.

Cuando llegamos al colegio la encargada de la puerta de entrada nos llamó la atención porque ya era un poco tarde aun así nos permitió pasar cuando llegamos por fin al salón de clases para nuestra sorpresa solo había una niña. La maestra nos comenta que las madres de los niños la mayoría se habían ido ya que ella había llegado unos minutos tarde aun así mi hijo y la niña se quedaron mientras la maestra arreglaba unos asuntos. Ahí aproveché y le tome unas fotografías rápidamente unas él solo y otras con su nueva amiguita.

When we arrived at the school, the person in charge of the entrance gate called our attention because it was already a little late, but she still allowed us to go in when we finally arrived at the classroom, to our surprise there was only one girl. The teacher told us that most of the children's mothers had left since she had arrived a few minutes late, but my son and the girl stayed while the teacher took care of some business. There I took advantage of the time and quickly took some pictures of him, some by himself and others with his new friend.

A pesar de haber solo dos niños, no fue motivo para suspender la clase. Los instalaron en otro salón la cual eran del mismo grado solo que estaba dividido en dos grupos.

Cuando salió de clases estaba contento. Le pregunté cómo se había sentido en su primer día; me expresó que se había sentido bien pero con un poco de timidez por lo que no conocía a nadie aun.

Although there were only two children, it was not a reason to suspend the class. They were placed in another classroom which was the same grade but divided into two groups.

When he came out of class he was happy. I asked him how he had felt on his first day; he expressed that he had felt good but a little shy because he didn't know anyone yet.

A medida que íbamos caminando seguíamos la conversación y en una de esas me dice que sentía pena con la niña que había conocido en su primer día de clases, pero a la vez estaba emocionado tenía tiempo que no compartía con alguien totalmente desconocido y menos con una niña. Desde ese entonces quedó encantado, tanto que cuando llegamos a la casa le insistí a su padre que le echara un vistazo a las fotos que yo le había tomado con mi teléfono donde el aparece junto a la niña que había conocido. Ahora está más emocionado y animado, con ganas de ir a la escuela y eso es muy bueno porque así el sentirá una motivación más para ir al colegio y tener más tiempo para conocer y compartir con sus amigos.

As we were walking we continued the conversation and in one of those moments he told me that he felt sorry for the girl he had met on his first day of school, but at the same time he was excited, he had not shared with someone totally unknown to him for a long time and even less with a girl. Since then he was delighted, so much so that when we got home I insisted to his father that he take a look at the pictures I had taken with my phone where he appears next to the girl he had met. Now he is more excited and animated, eager to go to school and that is very good because this way he will feel more motivated to go to school and have more time to meet and share with his friends.

Me llenó de emoción poder mirar y compartir con mis hijos sus emociones y sentimientos me agrada que interactúen y socialicen con niños de su edad que ya que eso les permitirá a ellos en un futuro tener la capacidad de socializar con otras personas.

It filled me with emotion to be able to watch and share with my children their emotions and feelings. I like that they interact and socialize with children their age because this will allow them to have the ability to socialize with other people in the future.
