Aquel libro especial [Iniciativa] ESP/ENG
A propósito del día internacional del libro, @hiveargentina nos trae una muy buena iniciativa que estoy segura que a más de uno le va a encantar, así que por aquí les voy a dejar el enlace para que vayan a echarle un vistazo.
In honor of International Book Day, @hiveargentina has brought us a great initiative that I'm sure many of you will love, so I'm going to leave the link here for you to check it out.
Para ser completamente honesta con ustedes debo decirles que no soy una lectora muy recurrente, no es Coamo que en todo momento vayan a verme con un libro en la mano, sin embargo claro que me gusta leer los libros que me recomiendan o los que encuentro en mi biblioteca, especialmente en los días en que hay cortes eléctricos y el tedio se apodera de mi, fue así como me decidí leer la saga de Narnia (la que tantas veces me habían recomendado mis hijas) Me encantó toda la saga porque tiene muchísimas referencias al cristianismo, partiendo de la figura de Aslan (el león) como Jesucristo. Es un libro con muchas lecciones valiosas para la vida como la lealtad, la valentía y el enorme poder que tiene el creer en uno mismo, así que para mi tiene mucho valor, es el libro, o mejor dicho, la saga de libros más hermosa que he leído.
To be completely honest with you, I must say that I'm not a very frequent reader. It's not like you'll see me with a book in my hand all the time. However, I do enjoy reading books that are recommended to me or those I find in my library, especially on days when there are power outages and boredom sets in. That's how I decided to read the Narnia saga (which my daughters had recommended to me so many times). I loved the entire saga because it has so many references to Christianity, starting with the figure of Aslan (the lion) as Jesus Christ. It's a book with many valuable life lessons, such as loyalty, courage, and the enormous power of believing in oneself. So, for me, it has great value; it's the most beautiful book, or rather, book series, that I've ever read.
Although another book that I also enjoyed very much and stayed in my heart was Little Women, as it reminded me of my sisters and me in our youth, all the experiences and emotions, the memories, I found it very beautiful.
Aunque otro libro que también disfruté mucho y se quedó en mi corazón fue Mujercitas, ya que me recordó a mis hermanas y a mi en nuestra juventud, todas las vivencias y emociones, las experiencias, me pareció muy lindo.
I don't have a favorite literary genre; I can read horror, fantasy, and then switch to a book about crime, but it's true that lately I've been reading a lot of fantasy, the last saga I read being Harry Potter (also due to the influence of my daughters who have liked that saga for a long time).
No tengo un genero literario favorito, puedo leer terror, fantasía y pasar a un libro sobre criminalística, pero si es verdad que últimamente he leído mucho sobre fantasía, siendo la última saga que leí, Harry Potter (también por influencia de mis hijas a las que les gusta esa saga desde hace tiempo)
Here in my city they don't have many book fairs, but when there have been ones, I don't have favorite stands. I like to wander through every aisle looking for new releases and classics. I haven't met any authors either, but if I could, I would have loved to meet C.S. Lewis (the one who wrote Narnia), but unfortunately he passed away many years ago, so I won't have that opportunity.
Aquí en mi ciudad no hacen muchas exposiciones de libros pero cuando ha habido alguna no tengo stands favoritos, me gusta recorrer cada pasillo en busca de novedades y clásicos, tampoco he conocido a algún autor pero si pudiera conocer alguno me hubiese gustado conocer a CS. Lewis (el que escribió Narnia) pero lamentablemente él falleció ya hace muchos años, así que no podré tener esa oportunidad.

Interesantes libros. Aunque he leido algunos libros, unos cuantos, no he leido una saga como tal, asi que por lo que no comentas son adictivas. Las tendré en cuenta para futuras lecturas. Gracias por compartir tus libros especiales con nosotros, saludos!

A mi. los libros de género fantasía no me llaman la atención, debería darle chance a alguno de ellos para ver si logran atraparme.
