1️⃣ How do you balance your responsibilities to your family, career, and yourself?
¿Cómo equilibra sus responsabilidades con su familia, su carrera y usted mismo?
Well, right now I couldn't answer this question based on my current situation since I'm a stay-at-home mom, and beyond Hive, I don't have any other responsibilities beyond my family. But I can talk about my experience when I started working after years of being a stay-at-home mom since I got married. At first, my husband and I started having problems at home because my job as part of the staff of a community microenterprise was very demanding, and now I have to admit that I really spent a lot of time away from home, and that obviously creates problems in any relationship because you need to live together, spend time together, and so on. But it was something we were able to resolve by talking and analyzing where we could each compromise. Later, I got another job with my daughter, and at that time I remember that my husband wasn't working, so we shared the tasks and responsibilities in such a way that it worked out very well for us, since he always had dinner ready for us and took care of all the household matters, thus demonstrating that when there's no room for machismo, relationships can go quite well. It's a matter of evaluating possibilities.
Bueno justo ahora no podría responder esta pregunta basándome en mi situación actual ya que justo ahora soy ama de casa, y más allá de Hive no tengo ninguna otra responsabilidad más allá de mi familia, pero si puedo hablar de mi experiencia cuando comencé a trabajar luego de haber vivido años solo como ama de casa desde que me casé, Al inicio mi esposo y yo empezamos a tener problemas en casa porque mi trabajo como parte del staff socios de una microempresa comunal era muy demandante, y ahora debo reconocer que realmente pasaba mucho tiempo fuera de casa y eso evidentemente genera problemas en cualquier relación porque precisamente se necesita convivir, pasar tiempo juntos y eso, pero fue algo que pudimos resolver conversando y analizando en qué puntos podíamos ceder cada uno, más tarde conseguí otro empleo junto a mi hija, y en esa época recuerdo que mi esposo no estaba trabajando, así que mancomunamos las tareas y responsabilidades de manera tal que nos fue muy bien, pues él siempre nos esperaba con la cena lista y se ocupaba de todos los asuntos de la casa, demostrando así que cuando no hay cabida para el machismo las relaciones pueden llevarse bastante bien, solo es cuestión de evaluar posibilidades.
2️⃣ What does being a responsible woman mean to you in today's world?
¿Qué significa para ti ser una mujer responsable en el mundo actual?
A responsible woman in today's world is one who can manage her environment, one who takes responsibility for the consequences of her actions and decisions, one who stands firm in her values, those instilled by her parents, one who doesn't follow absurd trends or blindly obey established norms; on the contrary, she is one who defends her ideas with valid arguments and remains true to herself. For me, all of that is part of a woman's responsibility.
Una mujer responsable en el mundo actual es aquella que puede manejar su entorno, es aquella que asume las consecuencias de sus actos y decisiones, es aquella que mantiene firmes sus valores, los que fueron inculcados por sus padres, es esa que no se deja llevar por tendencias absurdas ni obedece a cánones establecidos porque sí, al contrario es aquella que defiende sus ideas con argumentos válidos y se es fiel a sí misma. Para mi todo eso forma parte de la responsabilidad de una mujer
