Fusion Restaurant, Venezuelan and Arabian Food [ENG/ESP]
Hello everyone! Today I bring you a short article about a new restaurant that fuses western food with oriental food. So let's get to it!
Fusion Restaurant, is a family venture that was born from the union of two cultures. On the one hand, Mrs. Carmen, of Venezuelan origin and her husband, Nazih who is from Lebanon. Together they set out to create a restaurant that could unite through food both origins.
¡Hola a todos! El día de hoy les traigo un breve artículo acerca de un nuevo restaurante de comida que fusiona comida occidental con la oriental. Asi que ¡Vamos a ello!
Fusión Restaurante, es un emprendimiento familiar que nació de la unión de dos culturas. Por un lado la señora Carmen, de origen Venezolano y de su esposo, Nazih quién es del Líbano. Juntos se propusieron crear un restaurante que pudiera unir a través de la comida ambas procedencias.
You will find in its menu, typical Venezuelan food as its specialty, the patacones. As well as falafel and shawarmas. The restaurant has just recently been inaugurated, so new dishes are still being added to the menu. However, they also offer other meals such as pizzas, full lunches, nuggets, among others.
I went with my partner to try the food. I ordered some nice patacones de carne mechada, which comes with guayanes cheese, avocado, salad, sauces and fries on the side. You can also opt for the filling to be any other kind of meat; pernil, mechada or chicken. For those who don't know, patacón is a typical food from Maracaibo that consists of ripe plantains, mashed and fried, accompanied with meat, abundant cheese and sauces.
Encontraremos en su menú, comida típica venezolana como su especialidad, los patacones. Así como también falafel y shawarmas. El restaurante tiene poco de haber sido inaugurado por lo que aún se están incluyendo nuevos platillos. Sin embargo, también ofrecen otras comidas como pizzas, almuerzos completos, nuggets, entre otros.
Asistí con mi pareja para probar la comida. Yo pedí unos buenos patacones de carne mechada, que viene con queso guayanés, aguacate, ensalada, salsas y papas fritas a un lado. También puedes optar porque el relleno sea de cualquier otra presa; pernil, mechada o pollo. Para quién no sepa, el patacón es una comida típica de Maracaibo que consiste en plátano maduro, aplastado y frito, este se acompaña con la carne, abundante queso y salsas.
My partner ordered a Cuban Sandwich, which consisted of a bread stuffed with meat, abundant salad and sauce, accompanied by french fries. It is like a hamburger but very very tasty because of the juiciness of the meat stuffed with sauce.
The place is small but don't let that fool you because the truth is that they have a great variety of dishes and it is ideal to have a good time with the family. It is cozy, the direct attention with the owner of the place, Mrs. Carmen will make you feel a nice warmth. The food is super clean, tasty and with one dish I was super satisfied. And that I wanted to try some more hahaha.
Mi pareja pidió un Sándwich Cubano, qué consistia en un pan relleno de carne con abundante ensalada y salsa, acompañado también de papas fritas. Es como una hamburguesa pero muy muy rica por lo jugoso de la carne mechada rebosada en salsa.
El local es pequeño pero que eso nos los dejé engañar porque la verdad es que tienen gran variedad de platillos y es ideal para pasar un buen rato en familia. Es acogedor, la atención directa con la dueña del local, la señora Carmen te hará sentir una bonita calidez. Los alimentos súper limpios, sabrosos y con un platillo quedé súper satisfecha. Y eso que yo quería probar algunos otros más jajaja
