Muy buenas tardes espero todos hayan tenido excelente dia, la tarde de hoy voy a presentarle un rico postre que prepare, para la merienda de la tarde y consentir a mis niños hoy hice un delicioso arroz con leche

Good afternoon I hope everyone had an excellent day, today afternoon I am going to present you a delicious dessert that I prepare, for the afternoon snack and to pamper my children today I made a delicious rice pudding

Ingredientes:
1 taza de arroz
6 cucharadas de leche
Azucar
Sal
Canela en rama
Canela molida
Anis dulce
Clavos especies

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
6 tablespoons of milk
Sugar
Salt
Cinnamon stick
Ground cinnamon
Sweet anise
Cloves species

Preparación:
Primero lavamos el arroz, le agregamos los clavos, el anis y la canela en rama, despues le agregamos agua y la colocamos al fuego y dejamos cocinar

Despues que el arroz haya secado le bajamos la llama al fuego. En una taza con agua agregamos la leche y batimos

Despues nuestra leche batida, se la agregamos al arroz, le agregamos una cucharadita de sal y azucar al gusto y revolvemos todo, y dejamos cocinar por 7 minutos mas y retiramos del fuego y listo

After our whipped milk, we add it to the rice, we add a teaspoon of salt and sugar to taste and stir everything, and let it cook for 7 more minutes and remove from the heat and that's it.

Despues servimos y disfrutamos nuestro arroz con leche espolvoreamos la canela molida y a comer 🤤

Then we serve and enjoy our rice pudding, sprinkle the ground cinnamon and eat 🤤
