Ustedes se preguntaran ¿qué hace carolina presentando hasta ahora su manualidad para las mascotas si eso sucedió hace unas semanas? Pues resulta que aunque quise y soñé con hacer muchas cosas la verdad es que por esos días mi mente andaba en otra parte.

Resulta que mi esposo José se enfermó y estuvo muchos días en un hospital, previo a esto pasamos días en casa pensando que solo s trataba de una gripe pero no fue así; todo esto me tenía muy aturdida pero aun así trataba de hacer las cosas pero sinceramente no me quedaban bien, no me quiero escudar en esto, pero lo que sí es verdad es que nada de lo que hacía era del tamaño de mi perrita mona.

It turns out that my husband Jose got sick and was in the hospital for many days, before that we spent days at home thinking that it was just a flu but it was not so; all this had me very dazed but still I tried to do things but honestly they did not fit me well, I do not want to hide behind this, but what is true is that nothing I did was the size of my cute little dog.

Recuerdo que lo primero que quise hacer fue una casita en forma de tipi. Desde hace tiempo veo esas cosas en internet y me encantan ¡se ven tan bonitas!

Pero a medida que iba avanzando en mi idea no me di cuenta que mi perra ya no era tan pequeña y al terminarla trajeron a mona para que se acomodara pero no cabía. De igual forma ya estaba hecha y se la dejamos por unos días.

I remember that the first thing I wanted to make was a little house in the shape of a teepee. I've been seeing those things on the internet for a while now and I love them, they look so cute!

But as I was progressing in my idea I didn't realize that my dog was not so small anymore and when I finished it mona was brought in to fit in but she didn't fit. Anyway, she was done and we left her for a few days.

Luego emprendí otro proyecto, busque un jean de reciclaje muy grande que tenía guardado desde hace tiempo pero al terminar nuevamente me doy cuenta que pronto la dejaría porque cada día amanecía más grande. Nuevamente decidí dejársela porque como ven en las imágenes a ella le encantó. A mí me daba mucha risa verla durmiendo allí, tratando de acomodarse para dormir, era cómico verla con la cabeza casi en el piso cuando decidía estirarse.

Ella aun duerme allí, solo que ahora le hemos volteado la cosa, ahora la cintura del pantalón está en el piso y así la parte más ancha le sigue sirviendo de colchón.

Then I undertook another project, I looked for a very large recycled jean that I had been saving for a long time but when I finished it again I realized that I would soon leave her because she was getting bigger every day. Again I decided to leave it to her because as you can see in the pictures she loved it. It made me laugh to see her sleeping there, trying to get comfortable to sleep, it was funny to see her with her head almost on the floor when she decided to stretch out.

She still sleeps there, only now we have flipped the thing over, now the waistband of the pants is on the floor and so the wider part still serves as a mattress.

En verdad no fueron trabajos muy difíciles, solo que mi cabeza estaba más pendiente de la salud de José. Pero no crean que no aprendí, ahora o para la próxima vez que tenga que hacer un tipi para mi gata Mara o Mona estoy segura que me quedara muy bien.

Aunque no pude llegar al concurso no me quise quedar con las ganas de mostrarles lo que hice porque lo elaboré con mucha ilusión.

They were not really very difficult jobs, only that my head was more concerned about José's health. But don't think I didn't learn, now or the next time I have to make a teepee for my cat Mara or Mona, I'm sure it will look great.

Por ahora me despido no sin antes pedirles de corazón que eleven una oración al cielo por l pronta recuperación de mi esposo José, para que sus órganos sigan funcionando y esa infección que quiso hacer desastres en su cuerpo se aleje para siempre y no regrese más nunca.

Soon I want to make an official presentation of my dog Mona to the community, although she is not a purebred dog the truth is that she is very cute and all of us at home love her very much.

También quiero pedirles que cuiden a sus macotas, no importa que no sean de raza, ellas igual son súper cariñosas y te dan paz y felicidad. Lo digo desde mi experiencia, porque desde que adopté a Mara y a Mona me han hecho mis días más felices.

I also want to ask you to take care of your pets, it doesn't matter if they are not purebred, they are still super affectionate and give you peace and happiness. I say this from my experience, because since I adopted Mara and Mona they have made my days happier.
