Hoy les quiero compartir estás lindas pulseras tejidas a crochet, tejidas a modo de cordón en forma de espiga.
El tejer siempre ha estado presente en vida y aunque solo lo hago por temporadas, nunca he abandono mis agujas. Y aunque a lo largo de mi vida han pasado muchas temporadas guardadas... siempre vuelvo a ellas.

Today I want to share these beautiful crocheted bracelets, woven as a herringbone cord.
Knitting has always been present in life and although I only do it seasonally, I have never abandoned my needles. And although throughout my life there have been many saved seasons... I always come back to them.

Cómo les comenté en post anteriores aprendí muy pequeña viendo a mi madre tejer chinchorros en telares, tendría yo unos seis años.
Y recuerdo que hacía mis primeras cadenetas con un gancho de cabello ( los abría y para poder tejer mis cadenetas) y yo feliz y le decía a todos que sabía tejer...y creo que fueron muchos años solo tejiendo cadenetas, así que practique mucho con esos ganchos de pelo.

As I told you in previous posts, I learned when I was very young watching my mother weave hammocks on looms, I would have been about six years old.
And I remember that I made my first chains with a hair clip (I opened them and to be able to knit my chains) and I was happy and told everyone that I knew how to knit... and I think it was many years just knitting chains, so I practiced a lot with those bobby pins.

Me encanta tejer sobretodo cosas pequeñas, ya que me gusta ver rápido como va quedando. Pero he realizado unos cuantos proyectos grandes.

De verdad admiro a todos esos artistas que hacen esas hermosas manualidades. Sé que deben amar lo que hacen, no es solo un tejido o una simple labor. El tejer es mucho más, son tantas cosas y van implícita en cada pieza que se elabora.

Leí por ahí, hace mucho tiempo no se en donde que " un trocito del alma se queda atrapado en todo lo tejes " .
Y de verdad creo que es cierto, porque cuando se teje algo sobretodo para las personas que amamos, lo hacemos con mu ho amor.

Y ahora volviendo a estás pulseras que les comparto hoy, la verdad resultan muy fácil de hacer y lo mejor de este tipo de tejido es que lo podemos utilizar en diferentes trabajo ( para hacer collares, bordar cuellos de camisas o en otras cosas).
Claro va a depender del tipo de hilo que se utilice, así como el número de aguja. Dependiendo de eso se vera de manera más definida el punto tejido.

And now going back to these bracelets that I am sharing with you today, they are really easy to make and the best thing about this type of fabric is that we can use it in different jobs (to make necklaces, embroider shirt collars or other things).
Of course it will depend on the type of thread that is used, as well as the number of needle. Depending on that, the woven point will be seen in a more defined way.

Este cordón de espiga me gusta mucho para hacerlo en pulseras y con el hilo chino se ve genial. Aunque a la hora de hacer las pulseras termino haciendo el nudo plano de macramé ☺️

I really like this herringbone cord to make it into bracelets and with the Chinese thread it looks great. Although when making the bracelets I end up making the flat macramé knot ☺️

Pero tenía que compartirles lo bonito que quedaban las pulseras tejidas en esta forma de cordón de espiga.

But I had to share how beautiful the bracelets woven in this shape of herringbone cord were.

Para hacerla utilice lo siguientes materiales:

• Hilo chino de color azul.
• Aguja para crochet número 2.5
• Dos dije de hojas plateadas.
• Dos argollas.
• Cuatro balines pequeño.
• Yesquero y tijera.

To make it use the following materials:

• Blue Chinese thread.
• Crochet needle number 2.5
• Two silver leaf charms.
• Two rings.
• Four small pellets.
• Tinderbox and scissors.

Les cuento como la hice:

I'll tell you how I did it:

*. Tome el rollo del hilo y la aguja, deje como 6 cm del hilo e hice un círculo en mi dedo índice, dejando la hebra larga hacía arriba.
Luego la aguja la pasé por dentro del círculo y tome una lazada.

*. I took the roll of thread and the needle, I left about 6 cm of the thread and I made a circle on my index finger, leaving the long tail up.
Then I passed the needle inside the circle and made a loop.

*. después tome la hebra corta y la puse en medio del círculo . Fui ajustando el hilo a la aguja dónde ya tenía la lazada.
Introduje la aguja por el otro orificio del círculo al centrar la hebra corta del hilo y jale la otra lazada.
Teniendo ya las dos lazadas en la aguja, jale y acomode hilo...eso sí dejándolas un poco floja.

*. then I took the short strand and put it in the middle of the circle. I was adjusting the thread to the needle where I already had the loop.
I inserted the needle through the other hole in the circle by centering the short strand of thread and pulling through the other loop.

*. Quedando las dos lazadas en la aguja, el cual sería el nudo de inicio doble: que son los que se ven como dos barriguita. Y paso la aguja por la primera, tomo la lazada y la paso por ambos puntos.

*. Y así se hace hasta el largo que desees. Y ya para finalizar cortas el hilo dejando que quede los seis centímetros igual que el otro lado.
Por lo que sacó la aguja con el hilo y jalo para asegurar.
