Yes, it can work for anyone too if they try it.
Honestly, I've tried. It really didn't do anything for me

it means you need to really put your heart and soul when you're doing it daily.
I'm certain I put my everything into it, over a 6 month period. I was in a place where any help I could get would have done the world of difference to me.
No signs, no improvements, no nothing. So I stopped
