In this series, I analyze the top battles of the day to reveal which summoners and monsters are most successful for a given league and format. What better way to improve our Splinterlands skills than to study what the best players are doing?

For those of us who buy, rent, or rent out cards, I'm also hoping that this series can inform us of which cards to acquire for maximum effectivenes.

For simplicity I threw out matches ending in draws and surrender - all data is compiled from wins and losses. Here are the results from 116 of the top Champion league (modern format) battles from Sunday, February 19, 2023:

    Win rate: 100.00% [4/4]

    Ancient Lich

    Death splinter had the most success against Death, defeating its own element 3 times in today's top Champion league (modern) battles.

  3. Life
    Win rate: 54.17% [13/24]

    Life

    Life splinter had the most success against Life, besting its own element 5 times in today's top Champion league (modern) battles.

    • This splinter was effective with the Briar Patch ruleset, where Life won 2 times.

Hey there, I noticed that you mentioned me in your posts.
First of all, thanks a lot. I highly appreciate it 👍

I would bring up one suggestion though if you dont mind.

You always write "go check @... players last battles to see what i mean"
And here comes my suggestion -> it would 1000% elevate the quality of your posts if you would just link the battles in here. The reason for this is simple, that way your posts are also valid one day / one week / one month after you posted it.

Because I play a lot of battles a day and also tournaments so if you write check out the battle history those battles might not be there any more (even just a few hours after you post)

Thats it, take it or leave it. Just wanted to share my 2 cents
Keep on posting, looking forward to more battle-analysis (hopefully with some battle-links included so I can comprehend what you mean) 😊
