Creo que reconocer que la verdadera fuerza no viene de fuera, sino de esa llama interna que todos llevamos dentro, pero que en realidad pocas personas se atreven a avivar.

Ese "fuego interior" es el motor de todo

Ese "fuego interior" es el motor de todo, pues cuando me permito conectar con él, dejo de actuar por inercia y empiezo a actuar por propósito.

Entonces descubrir y aceptar el fuego interior como un símbolo de la fuerza que habita en mí ser, es un aspecto muy importante de conocernos a nosotras mismas como personas, es lo que me ayuda a descubrir mí espíritu creativo o emprendedor, con energía, inspiración y genio.

Por ejemplo, cuando me permito tener un momento de introspección, con la idea de estar sintiendo que este fuego se enfoca hacia mi crecimiento personal y la autoestima, estaría invirtiendo en los cimientos de mi vida.

Buscar que ese fuego trabaje en mi autoestima

De todas maneras no estaría buscando validar un proyecto hacia afuera, no se trata de ser egoísta, sino reconstruir y fortalecer la relación más importante que tengo: esa conmigo misma.

Usar esa energía para mí es un acto de amor propio, de buscar que ese fuego trabaje directamente en mi autoestima, con aceptación incondicional y una defensa inquebrantable de mi propio valor.

Cuando el fuego como transformador de la autoestima quema las viejas narrativas, ese "genio" e inspiración me ayudan a ver con claridad las etiquetas o las críticas, ya sean propias o de los demás, pero que ya no me sirven, porque el fuego las consume para dejar espacio a una versión más libre de mi personalidad.

Alimentando la autoconfianza

Cada vez que me dejo guiar por esa energía interna y puedo lograr algo por pequeño que sea, le estoy diciendo a mi mente que soy capaz, que soy fuerte y que puedo confiar en mí.

El fuego también es protección que me ayuda a mantener una autoestima sana, a poner límites firmes, esa fuerza interior es la que me da el coraje de decir "no" a lo que apaga mi luz y "sí" a lo que la aviva.

De todos modos, sé que no debo de buscar la aprobación en el reflejo de los demás para empezar a brillar con luz propia.

En particular, en este proceso de autorreflexión, puedo decir que el mayor cambio que he notado desde que comencé a conectar con esa fuerza interior, es lograr llenar mis días de tranquilidad ante lo que no puedo cambiar, es como un desafío para llenarme de paz mental.

Lo mejor de haber descubierto ya ese "fuego"

Muchas veces pensamos que tener "fuego interior" significa estar siempre en pie de guerra, luchando contra todo. Pero la mayor muestra de fuerza y madurez emocional es saber cuándo usar ese fuego para avanzar y cuándo transformarlo en una luz cálida que acepta la realidad tal y como es.

El crecimiento personal no es un camino recto, pues habrá días de hoguera intensa y días de brasas tranquilas. Lo mejor de haber descubierto ya ese fuego en nosotros es que ya sabemos que existe.

Cuando nos aceptamos a nosotras mismas, llegamos a darnos cuenta de que nuestra fuego está directamente conectado con un poder más grande que nosotras, el de nuestro creador y que al reconocerlo, sabemos que tenemos toda la fuerza que necesitamos para cualquier cosa que suceda.

Aunque a veces parezca que disminuye, la chispa está ahí, lista para volver a encenderse en cuanto me dé un momento de cuidado y prenda mi propia llama, donde ese fuego interior sea lo suficientemente fuerte para encender mis sueños, y lo suficientemente sabio para iluminar mí aceptación.

I believe that true strength does not come from outside, but from that inner flame we all carry within us – a flame that, in reality, few people dare to fan into life.

That ‘inner fire’ is the driving force behind everything, because when I allow myself to connect with it, I stop acting out of habit and start acting with purpose.

So discovering and embracing the inner fire as a symbol of the strength that dwells within me is a very important part of getting to know ourselves as people; it is what helps me to discover my creative or entrepreneurial spirit, with energy, inspiration and ingenuity.

For example, when I allow myself a moment of self-reflection, with the idea that this fire is focused on my personal growth and self-esteem, I would be investing in the foundations of my life.

Seeking to channel that fire into my self-esteem

In any case, I wouldn’t be seeking validation for a project from the outside world; it’s not about being selfish, but about rebuilding and strengthening the most important relationship I have: the one with myself.

For me, using that energy is an act of self-love, of seeking to let that fire work directly on my self-esteem, with unconditional acceptance and an unwavering defence of my own worth.

When the fire—as a transformer of self-esteem—burns away the old narratives, that ‘genius’ and inspiration help me to see clearly the labels or criticisms, whether my own or those of others, that no longer serve me, because the fire consumes them to make way for a freer version of my personality.

Nurturing self-confidence

Every time I let myself be guided by that inner energy and manage to achieve something, however small, I am telling my mind that I am capable, that I am strong, and that I can trust myself.

Fire also offers protection that helps me maintain healthy self-esteem and set firm boundaries; it is that inner strength that gives me the courage to say ‘no’ to what dims my light and ‘yes’ to what kindles it.

In any case, I know that I must stop seeking approval in the eyes of others if I am to start shining with my own light.

In particular, in this process of self-reflection, I can say that the biggest change I have noticed since I began to connect with that inner strength is being able to fill my days with serenity in the face of what I cannot change; it is like a challenge to fill myself with peace of mind.

The best thing about having already discovered that ‘fire’

We often think that having ‘inner fire’ means always being on the warpath, fighting against everything. But the greatest sign of strength and emotional maturity is knowing when to use that fire to move forward and when to transform it into a warm light that accepts reality just as it is.

Personal growth is not a straight path; there will be days of intense flames and days of quiet embers. The best thing about having already discovered that fire within us is that we now know it exists.

When we accept ourselves, we come to realize that our inner fire is directly connected to a power greater than ourselves, the power of our Creator. And by recognizing this, we know we have all the strength we need for whatever comes our way.

Even though it may sometimes seem to diminish, the spark is there, ready to reignite as soon as I take a moment to nurture myself and ignite my own flame, where that inner fire is strong enough to fuel my dreams and wise enough to illuminate my acceptance.
