Hay muchas formas de expresar amor y cariño. Puedo decir “te quiero y te amo”, o hacer aquello que sólo se hace por amor. Pero no debo guardarlo, debo expresarlo cuando así lo siento.

La mejor medicina

Es muy cierto que la palabra «te quiero» obra milagros, cuando se dice de corazón, creo que todos sentimos cuando de verdad somos queridos.

En las parejas, en la familia, en un momento de dificultad, en la amistad, funciona de maravillas. Las personas con depresión, las necesitan doblemente, en los hospitales, es la mejor medicina.

Esa palabra tiene un gran poder, nos estimula como personas, con palabras positivas, con palabras de cariño y amor, así nos sentiremos todos bienvenidos y reconfortantes, que seamos un refugio, de cariño, no sólo con palabras, por supuesto también con los hechos.

Se dice que los hechos valen más que mil palabras, pero es muy cierto que éstas también son necesarias e imprescindibles.

Decir te quiero con el corazón

Es verdad que hay gente que nunca ha oído de sus padres, pareja o familiares un "te quiero" o un abrazo expresivo y aunque hay quienes lo expresan de otros modos, algunos no lo expresan para nada. Creo que al amor que sólo se siente y no se expresa, no sirve de nada.

En mi familia, mi papá era más cariñoso, siempre con su buen humor y mi madre, aunque no era melosa, siempre nos llenaba de palabras bonitas: que te vaya bien, que Dios me la acompañe, que estaré orando por ti y con eso me provocaba llenarla de besos y abrazos.

Entonces nos daba el abrazo, más cariñoso del mundo, a mí y a mis hermanos y ese era el significado tan grande de su amor.

Hay seres sin escrúpulos, que, para obtener algún tipo de beneficios propios, utilizan mucho este término de “te quiero”, lo gastan con mentiras, engaños, chantajes y falsedades, quitándole su verdadero valor y demostrando con ello sus necedades o manipulación.

Para mí, decir te quiero, lo hago si te ganaste mi confianza y mi corazón, y te puedo asegurar que cuando Mariela (cautiva-30) dice te quiero es porque me sale del corazón, sino, no podría decir tan importante palabra, TE QUIERO, particularmente no suelo ser melosa, pero sé que en mi vida necesito que me digan que me quieren todos los que me rodean, y yo decirlo a ellos y por supuesto que vaya acompañado de hechos no sólo de palabras.

Escucharlo es necesario

Cuando me levanto una de las primeras cosas que hago es tomar mi café, mirar por la ventana, respirar el frescor de la mañana y dar las gracias a Dios por regalarme un nuevo día y todo lo bello que tengo a mi alrededor, y me digo a mi misma: quiero y amo mi vida y quiero a mi hija, hermanos, familia y adoro a mis padres que sé que son esa luz que me cuidan desde arriba.

Quiero a mis tíos, primos, amigos que aunque están lejos de mí, en la distancia siempre los tengo cuando los necesito y ellos me tienen a mí, porque así se lo hago saber demostrándolo.

Especialmente a mi preciosa hija cuando se levanta, no precisamente le digo te quiero, pero mis palabras para ella son: mi niña, Dios te Bendiga, otras veces darle un abrazo, para alegrarle el día, porque los seres humanos necesitamos esa palabra tan hermosa que sale del corazón.
