Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con la motivación que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir e relación al tema: " El Despertar", en esta oportunidad luego de haber tratado varios temas, que nos llevaron a diversos análisis profundos, con el cual nos invitan a poner en práctica, cada una de las publicaciones y tareas que anteriormente hemos compartido.
Este tema del despertar, se lee como película de cine, es como salirse de la escena que se proyecta a nuestra propia película y tomar el control ahora de lo que deseamos proyectar, a continuación mi participación:

Creo que este despertar es reconectar conmigo, cuando saco provecho de mis cualidades especiales, porque siempre hay cosas que se me dan mejor que otras, cuando he identificado cuáles son mis flaquezas y cuáles son mis fuerzas, pues intento hacer más de aquello que mejor me resulta, para sacar beneficio de lo mejor que tengo.

Una persona despierta es un canto a la vida

Pienso que una persona despierta es un canto a la vida, es un cúmulo de ideas en movimiento, de creatividad y razón, una suma de muchas cosas no materiales, de sensaciones, dones, talentos, negocios, trabajos y razones, que se expanden hacia adelante. Como un ritual de poder y sensibilidad, un conjunto de metas y logros, una montaña rusa de emociones.

Por ejemplo, a medida que avanzamos en este camino de la vida, no se trata sólo de que busquemos replicar la vida de personas que nos han servido de inspiración como modelo a seguir, sino de romper las cadenas del temor cuando necesitamos hacer esos cambios que nos impiden avanzar, de recuperar la fe, la magia, la dulzura, sabiendo que todo ello nos corresponde como personas.

Aceptar cerrar una etapa y abrir otras es como un despertar

Pienso que nuestro progreso, tanto en lo personal, como en lo social e incluso profesional, no debe verse limitado por aferrarnos a las cosas que ya conocemos, así como al miedo a lo desconocido. Porque al final nos enfrentamos a la necesidad de un cambio del que
debemos pensar y accionar para lograrlo.

En lo personal me enamoré de mi carrera durante todo el tiempo que estuve en el desempeño como Administradora. Con orgullo cerré este ciclo cuando salí jubilada, después de veintiséis (26) años de servicio en la Universidad, para dar paso a un despertar con nuevos propósitos.

No debo conformarme con ser la mitad de lo que puedo ser, ni con lograr la mitad de lo que lograría, tomando decisiones que se adapten a mis expectativas, puedo cambiar las cosas en mi vida.

Un conjunto de metas y logros que se expanden

Por ejemplo, desde que comencé a trabajar, siendo muy joven aún no me conformé sólo con mi trabajo, es a lo que estoy acostumbrada, siempre he buscado tener una inversión, vender productos, en principio por catálogos, después me registré en una página por Internet, la cual continúo manteniendo activa.

Y actualmente en Hive, más que un blog somos un espacio de inspiración para la creación de contenido, donde sentí la necesidad de escoger entre tantas comunidades, como EmpowerTalent, mis favoritas para escribir y expresar, es como una puerta abierta para desarrollar mis dones y talentos y aunado a ello el poder de monetizar poco a poco y crecer financieramente.

Entonces sí se puede, solamente debo tener la actitud y confianza en mí misma, hasta hoy día voy para delante con altas y bajas, todo ha sido un reto para mí con la finalidad de lograr mis propósitos, como un conjunto de metas y logros que se expanden al echarle ganas y voluntad, pues poco a poco el resultado es de grandes progresos.

Cuando aprendemos a caminar sin peso extra, sin deudas o dolores en el alma, lo cierto es que los talentos fluyen de una forma increíble.

Nos enfrentamos al gran reto de mantenernos motivados

Muchas veces las tristezas son más grandes que nuestras alegrías, pasamos por caminos que nunca quisiéramos recorrer, pero la vida es como es: antes deberemos probar lo amargo para poder apreciar cuando algo dulce o tierno llega a nuestra vida.

No todo se logra en el primer intento, tan solo hay que tener paciencia conmigo misma, cuando se trata de alcanzar objetivos en la vida, nos enfrentamos al gran reto de mantenernos motivados, pero si avanzamos con convicción, lo lograremos, ahora es el momento para despertar a nuevos comienzos.

Ser buscadoras de la paz, la felicidad, y el bienestar interno, empezar a ser felices en lo personal, en la realización de nuestra misión, en el descubrimiento de nuestra fuerza creadora.

Con el favor de Dios, tendré un dulce despertar, confío que él me dará lo que mi vida necesita. Dios es bueno y quiere lo mejor para mí, confiaré en él.

This theme of awakening, reads like a movie film, it is like leaving the scene that is projected to our own film and take control now of what we want to project, then my participation:

I believe that this awakening is to reconnect with me, when I take advantage of my special qualities, because there are always things that I am better at than others, when I have identified what my weaknesses are and what my strengths are, then I try to do more of what works best for me, to take advantage of the best that I have.

An awakened person is a song to life

I think that an awakened person is a song to life, it is an accumulation of ideas in motion, of creativity and reason, a sum of many non-material things, of sensations, gifts, talents, businesses, jobs and reasons, expanding forward. Like a ritual of power and sensitivity, a set of goals and achievements, a roller coaster of emotions.

For example, as we move forward on this path of life, it is not just about us seeking to replicate the lives of people who have inspired us as role models, but to break the chains of fear when we need to make those changes that keep us from moving forward, to regain faith, magic, gentleness, knowing that it all belongs to us as people.

Accepting to close one stage and open others is like an awakening

I think that our progress, both personally, socially and even professionally, should not be limited by clinging to the things we already know, as well as the fear of the unknown. Because in the end we are faced with the need for change and we must think and act to achieve it.

Personally, I fell in love with my career throughout my time as an Administrator. I proudly closed this cycle when I retired, after twenty-six (26) years of service in the University, to give way to an awakening with new purposes.

I should not settle for being half of what I can be, nor for achieving half of what I would achieve, by making decisions that fit my expectations, I can change things in my life.

A set of goals and achievements that expand

For example, since I started working, being very young, I was not satisfied with just my work, it is what I am used to, I have always sought to have an investment, sell products, at first by catalogs, then I registered on a website, which I continue to keep active.

And currently in Hive, more than a blog we are a space of inspiration for the creation of content, where I felt the need to choose between so many communities, such as EmpowerTalent, my favorite to write and express, it is like an open door to develop my gifts and talents and coupled with it the power to monetize little by little and grow financially.

So yes you can, I just have to have the attitude and confidence in myself, until today I go forward with ups and downs, everything has been a challenge for me in order to achieve my purposes, as a set of goals and achievements that expand by putting desire and will, because little by little the result is great progress.

When we learn to walk without extra weight, without debts or pains in the soul, the truth is that the talents flow in an incredible way.

We face the great challenge of staying motivated

Many times sadness is greater than our joys, we go through paths that we would never want to travel, but life is as it is: first we must taste the bitter to appreciate when something sweet or tender comes into our life.

Not everything is achieved on the first try, we just have to be patient with ourselves, when it comes to achieving goals in life, we face the great challenge of staying motivated, but if we move forward with conviction, we will succeed, now is the time to wake up to new beginnings.

To be seekers of peace, happiness, and inner well-being, to begin to be happy personally, in the realization of our mission, in the discovery of our creative force.

With God's favor, I will have a sweet awakening, I trust that he will give me what my life needs. God is good and wants the best for me, I will trust him.
