Beautiful Sunday - General Cleaning And Renovation
Good afternoon everyone!
Yesterday, my Aunt with the working student and me went to the subdivision house. The one rented there decided to leave and stopped renting our house. They build there own house and we were so disappointed how they used our house. It had a lot of damage and the comfort room was so annoying. They didn't clean it well.
I was living here since I was 14 years old until I got married and have our two babies. We leave here and lived the house inherited by my ex wife from his father who died after the birth of my second daughter. So this house was for renting.
This is the front of the house. This is place is so safe for us to live. There's a security guard in this subdivision.
We are disappointed yesterday, they abused the house and all were broken. So we need to renovate this before accepting another people to rent. There are so many applicants but we have to choose a good one with agreement. The rent is so low compared to another house.
Before, there are so many potted plants but now we found nothing .
Giovanni knew everything even in being a carpenter.
If we have enough money we are planning to make another storey soon . We have another house and vacant lot near the house of my Aunt but we are lack financially. I hope everything will be alright.
This place have a great memory for me. There's a lot of good things happened in this place. Soon, if my mother will be home, I hope that we have to stay here once again. As of now, after the renovation, we accept people to rent with agreement about how to take care of the house and avoid abuses. The last renters was the worst one.

The memories given to me in this place with my family since I was 14 years old and I got married when I was 25 years old. I met my wife in this subdivision. The first birthday of my eldest daughter was held here. We invited all our neighbors and they loves us.

Well said, @ace108 . There's no other way so we have to restore it before the new one will come. Yes, this place had a lot of memories and I couldn't live here again unless we will be both together but my x is no longer thinking about it. It is so hard for me. Sometimes, not only a women become a victim but also like me. Thank you for your very interesting comment.
