Beautiful Sunday - My Sunday Afternoon Walk

Good morning Hivers in the whole Universe! It's Monday, a beautiful day to start my week positively!

Well, let me share with you my walking session for losing weight. This is my goal to reduce my weight and make myself fits. I noticed myself gaining weight lately. It's been a month that I did it.

I was walking for 1 hour from 4:59 to 6:02 pm and successfully got 6974 steps from home and just walking along the street.

I am gaining weight after my freedom. I noticed it when they gave me delicious foods to cover up those months that I was not able to eat what I want. I have a training, busy every day and sometimes, I am sad, it pushed me eat and eat and now feeling heavy to my self. I decided to take a walk every Sunday since the whole week is a busy day for my training and for my kids.

Sometimes,I don't know how to accept the unacceptable situation of my life. Why it happened? It negatively hitted my pride, my emotion but I fought those negativity. I must do the best for the future of my kids. They are my gems to take care until my last breath. During my walked, every steps, I wished.

I am also strongly believe that prayers can move mountains that hinder my way. During my stay inside the cage, I got the chance to understand the importance of God's word into our life. It deepen my faith to God and promise to be grateful, whatever situation we have in our life.
