A Sublime Day!

I'm happy we meet again🤓
Oh no! It wasn't forgotten at all, something urgent came up so it was switched, in fact, I had this contest to join before it ends today since of last week, somebody's daughter is so tired and worn out, every time occupied with one thing or the other, I hope am always consistent here in the hive because I want to, I try as much as possible to be less busy to write ✍🏽 but no! The responsibility that's on me is more than me and my thoughts are always skyrocketing and declining, well am I human right?
whew !!
As of last Friday, which was the 1st of October we had independence day in Nigeria, from my stipulations and estimation, most people never did celebrate that day, most individuals upload lot's of ugly incidents that Nigeria committed, like the killings of Christian, rape, kidnapping and the bloodshed that happened on the 20th of October, 2020...
So many of my friends and colleagues, updated their profile from a beautiful picture to a bloody flag, so many even protested about the insecurities, and high rate of killings happening, in fact on that very day of independence lives were taken forcefully from civilians who made no offense, many lamented about this country current crisis and some wished they weren't part of the country.
As for me, if you have ever wished me happy independence, you are looking for my trouble lol because I don't see any good reason why I should be celebrating that very day when people reminded each other of how bad the country looks, that very day I was coming back and I saw a group of individuals singing, praying and celebrating, I had no other choice than to also pray but after praying I was not happy lol... but I can't blame the government for my problems I have to face them myself.
So today is a Sunday after all yay, I prepared for church service because it's the first Sunday of the month and I am happy that I witnessed this new brand day, it gives me this joy despite any circumstances I found myself in, all glory belongs to god!
My roomie wanted to join me in the church service but she is really sick and all I could do was to buy her meds and prepare the rest of things, go to church to thank my Lord, and pray for her too!
It was a success😌
I had to also thank God for my result in school, it was so good that I screamed on top of my voice...I did a little thanksgiving.
I remembered how I honestly fought to be successful in my exams, the late-night reading, the sacrifices I made asf! And I was rewarded with a good result! Yaaaay!!
All these things made my Sunday a sublime Sunday!!!
