My Experience Maintaining a Positive Attitude in Difficult Situations

Greetings, friends of Hive and @weekendexperiences. Today, I will once again participate in the initiative proposed by @galenkp, in which he presents us with several topics to choose from and express our experiences, as well as learn about those of other users within Hive.

It should be noted that in life, we all face difficult situations, and sometimes we don't know how to deal with such problems. Ideally, we should take on the responsibility of solving them and coming out on top. All these moments are tests that we have to overcome, that we have to live through in order to reflect and learn from them. Difficult situations are like tests that are in our path for us to evaluate and overcome.

Currently in our country, public administration workers have not been paid for more than three years. Despite this, we continue to work this September, but we are waiting for a meeting with management to decide how many days a week we will work. The situation is really difficult, and I think we should only work two days, and even that is too much.

Likewise, due to this situation, we must maintain a positive attitude in order to serve students well and seek other sources of income to cover household and health expenses, which are necessary to live peacefully. One of the things I did to maintain a positive attitude was to exercise, as it allows me to be in contact with nature and maintain my physical and mental well-being.

On the other hand, it is necessary to surround ourselves with positive people in order to maintain an equally positive mindset in any situation that life throws at us. Because if we have a negative attitude towards adversity, we become stressed and ill, so it is better to have a positive attitude in order to solve every problem in life.
