Leo Engagement: Is Khal Tanking?

Far be it for me to engage in conspiracy theories, let alone start one but I think @khaleelkazi is going to tank this week.

For those who don't know there has been an Leofinance Engagement Challenge going on and our lead Lion took it upon himself to engage more and challenge the rest of us to do the same. He's even willing to send 100 Leo to anyone who beats him.

Well, I had to poke said Lion but I don't see how he can keep his money this week. I've long suspected that Khal isn't human and just an actor in a hoodie because the pace he keeps is too remarkable to be real.

I've been unscientifically monitoring his discord activity as well as understanding that tomorrow he'll be riddled down with an AMA. Oh, yeah and at the same time changing the future of hive with a new doohickey thingy that wraps hive onto the Polygon blockchain.

Factor in that he has to eat, possibly sleep, and maybe wash his hoodies I think there is an opening for us to slip in and beat him in Leofinance engagement this week.

If we ask lots of questions during the AMA and keep @nealmcspadden and @scaredycatguide talking he might get frazzled and run long.

I had to lay low last week with engagement but my curation was strong. I'm way behind this week but I can beat @khaleelkazi this week if a few breaks go my way. With so much going on I have a feeling that he might be planning to slow down this week and tank on purpose allowing us to go in and grab his Leo.

Who's up for taking his money this week. Can we do it? Who's in. I'd love to hear your thoughts about the challenge and the possibility of Khal actually being Khalbot in the comments.

I didn't want to poke the Lion but it needed to be said. There is no way one human can do what you do. What til you announce that you are one of identical triplets. It has to be that. Twins wouldn't even explain it.

Well, no, it's hard to compete with such a strong competitor) I'm sure that the first place will be yours, but, in fact, there is no difference, first or twentieth place the main thing is that Khal was in twenty-first place)

He is hard to beat. I don't think Khal will ever be #1 but he'll get way up there. I'd love to smash him down to 50. The point of this whole challenge is to create meaningful engagement beyond the week. Creating engagement habits will help the entire site grow. But we need to smash this week!

I don't think one day of Khala is worth less than a few thousand LEOs, that's humiliating for a lion lol. It is easier for him to pay and develop interaction than to waste precious time on comments. Well, we, in turn, should appreciate this trust, which we do).

I won't be surprised to see him in the top 3 but #1 is impossible just like we all know that's a real robots spot.

Khal is in God mode this week and it would be exciting to see how the numbers come out in the next few days.

I think this week may be our best shot at swiping some of his leo. Although there will be lots of posts about phive so he might be commenting even more. We'll see.

Hmmm, he's going to be getting more with phive updates but I don't think that has ever stopped us from taking his Leo every week.

Let's sit back and keep typing, we'll see how things go but one thing I know for sure is we'll have a huge increase compared to past weeks.

#1 is hard because I don't think the robot task will give up while Khal is giving out LEO. I do like that the comment sections have gotten more lively after Khal put it in the forefront for everyone.

Task is a machine but I still think Khal might be able to beat me if I have a bad week and if he puts in the effort. Either way, I think it's good that Khal is encouraging people to comment.

Haha... Now, this is what I am talking about.

There will be a need to make out time to eat, sleep, wash hoodies, and do anything else but an AMA(this is exclusively our lead lion's role).

But even with all the tiny things we need to do to keep life going, we still need to be present in our obligations. For fellow lions, it's the engagement challenge. For others it could be anything.

All in all, I wish you luck getting that money off the pocket of our lead lion....

I would love to grab his Leo as that will further boost my lp goals for the month.

I'm just focused on beating my number this week so as not to get burned out in the long run. I believe it's a marathon, not a race.

I'm focusing on a big day too as I have slacked off this week. Need to hit a 100 in a day to catch up. That's going to take a lot of reading and interactions.

I always do. Just need to be more consistent about it and form a daily habit of typing more and saying less in the offline world. I don't go out much these days, all day talking to my keyboard LOL 😆

It all becomes a part of you with time and practice.

I'm working towards perfection with my English speaking and writing journey.

I do a lot of reading more than writing mostly books and through leofinance posts, which has helped me a lot in understanding complex expressions in the English language.

That is quite a compliment. It's tough but I think commenting is quite fun and I don't treat it like a chore. This is the approach that I would use for engagement.

I might miss out on this week due to some unexpected plans.

I like taking his LEO and it is bringing my options for what I can do with LEO up. Originally I was spending 300 LEO (200 for Defi, 100 for staking) each month so my immediate goal was more or less 300 LEO a month. With the Khal LEO, I can stake more or choose to invest more into Defi.

I laughed out loud reading about his Hoodie 😂 You’re right! many things to keep him distracted. But trust me, he might be way ahead of these ideas. Lol

He might be living in Smart-House who knows. We should only worry about how to make him sleep longer, so he engages slow, then boom! We beat him.

On real talk, he’s really hardworking. He’s always up replying on discord, here on leo, and I’m sure he’s also supervising projects too. Wow.

Khal has been pretty busy the last few weeks, so we can beat him. Otherwise, I think it is very difficult to beat him. So while he motivates us to interact more, we must motivate him to be more busy. otherwise we have little chance of winning 100 LEO. :)

Yeah, he said that he usually starts to comment on thursdays or something like that, so it gives him 2 days to focus on engagement.

I am always up for taking his money and I was commenting often even before he offered it up. I think Khal should hit like 200 or 300 comments this week given how much he has done so far. So I think it might be tough this week and I don't expect that many people to beat him.

Very well, I just checked out the engagement contest and I am going to hop on it too. Even though I am a newbie in this community, thereby limiting my chances of even winning, I'd try to use the #leofinance frontend more than before.
