Banana and oat pancakes | Easy recipe

Greetings to all! Today I would like to share the recipe for banana and oat pancakes, a perfect combination.

Oatmeal provides our body with a large amount of nutrients and vitamins, so it is considered a very complete cereal, ideal to start the day. It contains carbohydrates to give us energy, vegetable fat, amino acids, fiber, iron, magnesium, selenium, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin E, vitamin B5 and vitamin B6.

While the banana contains fiber that helps to improve intestinal transit, also potassium that helps the proper functioning of muscles including the heart. It contains vitamin B6 which helps to improve the nervous system and vitamin C which strengthens the immune system.

In addition to both ingredients have a delicious flavor, which together become the perfect combination.

For this recipe we need:

🍌100 grams of flaked oatmeal
🍌4 bananas
🍌30 ml of water

Preparation:

-Put the oatmeal in the blender and grind a little, not too much so that you can feel some pieces of flakes in the pancake.

-Once the oats are dry mashed, add the bananas and water and continue mashing until a bubbly mixture is formed.

-In a frying pan put enough mixture to make a pancake.

-Let the mixture dry completely and flip over.

-When it is golden brown on both sides it is ready.

This preparation is ideal for breakfast, but can also be served as an afternoon snack. In lonpesonal I do not add sweetener since the banana provides the necessary flavor and sugar. My baby, 16 months old, loves it.
