1️⃣ Si tuvieras que hacerte un tatuaje ahora mismo, ¿qué tatuaje elegirías?

Para responder a esta pregunta, hice un pequeño boceto con un bolígrafo en mi muñeca izquierda.

1️⃣ If you had to get a tattoo right now, what tattoo would you choose?

To answer this question, I made a small sketch with a pen on my left wrist.

Hace algunos años, mis 2 hermanas y yo planeamos tatuarnos todas al mismo tiempo un Pequeño faro, representaría la luz que nos guía, que es mi mamá. También habíamos convencido a mi mamá de hacerse uno y había aceptado.

Era el plan perfecto de un "tatuaje masivo", pero todo quedó en espera. Mis hermanas tienen otros tatuajes, mientras que mi mamá y yo no tenemos ninguno. Cuando estaba en el colegio siempre que podía, pintaba en las muñecas de mis amigos una libélula, ya que me encantan porque considero que son unos insectos mágicos y por supuesto las dibujaba con bolígrafo en mis tobillos y muñecas.

A few years ago, my 2 sisters and I planned to get a Little Lighthouse tattoo all at the same time, it would represent the light that guides us, which is my mom. We had also convinced my mom to get one and she had accepted.

It was the perfect "mass tattoo" plan, but it was all put on hold. My sisters have other tattoos, while my mom and I have none. When I was in school whenever I could, I would paint on my friends' wrists a dragonfly, as I love them because I consider them to be magical insects and of course I would draw them in pen on my ankles and wrists.

Siempre pensé que en mi etapa de adolescentes me tatuaría, pero no fue así. Me enfoqué en otras cosas y olvidé los tatuajes. Honestamente pienso que en la actualidad no me haría un tatuaje, estoy enferma y mi cuerpo no lo toleraría. Me conformo con hacerme, de vez en cuando, un maquillaje artístico o boceto en bolígrafo.

El decir: "voy a hacerme un tatuaje" es muy fácil, la cosa es encontrar el valor para hacerlo. Pienso que se debe estar muy seguro de un tatuaje, escoger un diseño único y especial y buscar un profesional que tenga experiencia. Porque lo que estas marcando para siempre es tu piel y no quieres terminar en una silla del programa de tv tatuajes horrendos 😅. Así que antes de tatuarte piensa bien todas estas cosas.

I always thought that as a teenager I would get tattoos, but I didn't. I focused on other things and forgot about tattoos. I focused on other things and forgot about tattoos. I honestly think that nowadays I wouldn't get a tattoo, I'm sick and my body wouldn't tolerate it. I'd settle for getting, from time to time, an artistic makeup or pen sketch.

To say: "I'm going to get a tattoo" is very easy, the thing is to find the courage to do it. I think you have to be very sure about a tattoo, choose a unique and special design and look for an experienced professional. Because what you are marking forever is your skin and you don't want to end up in a tv show chair horrendous tattoos 😅. So before you get a tattoo think about all these things well.

No estoy en contra de los tatuajes, ya que muchas culturas los han utilizado a lo largo de la historia. Considero al tatuador un artista y al que decide hacerse un tatuaje un valiente, porque yo no podría hacerlo. Las personas que utilizan yodo su cuerpo como un lienzo me parece algo exagerado, no me gusta como se ve. Tampoco critico al que lo hace porque cada quién es libre de usar su cuerpo como quiera, pero soy más del tipo tatuaje "discreto y especial".

I am not against tattoos, as many cultures have used them throughout history. I consider the tattoo artist an artist and the person who decides to get a tattoo a brave person, because I could not do it. People who use all their body as a canvas seems to me something exaggerated, I do not like how it looks. I don't criticize those who do it because everyone is free to use their body as they want, but I'm more of a "discreet and special" tattoo type.

2️⃣ ¿Crees que te has encontrado alguna vez con un fantasma?

Siempre he pensado que las energías son muy poderosas, tanto, que podemos percibir de alguna forma estas energías y es lo que llamamos "fantasmas".

En la casa de mi mamá, después que me enfermé, podía sentir la presencia de alguien en la casa. Y muchas veces veía algo similar a una cortina moverse con el viento, cosa que era imposible porque en la casa las cortinas estan Solamente en las ventanas de la sala y el viento no es suficiente en esa zona como para elevar la tele de esa manera.

Esta presencia estuvo rondando la casa por varios meses. Con mis hermanas bromeaba y le llamábamos Cortina. Después de un tiempo ellas empezaron a sentir la misma presencia y a ver aquellas misteriosas sombras.

Después que me enteré de mi enfermedad y que tuve que viajar a Cuba para atenderme, en casa dejaron de ver aquella sombra y dejaron de sentir la presencia.

Pienso que se trataba de algo que quería avisarme que estaba enferma, que quería hacerme sentir que debía atenderme con un médico urgentemente. Pero esto es solo lo que puedo imaginar, ese mundo paranormal es algo que está fuera de nuestro alcance.

2️⃣ Do you think you have ever encountered a ghost?

I have always thought that energies are very powerful, so much so, that we can somehow perceive these energies and that is what we call "ghosts ".

At my mom's house, after I got sick, I could feel the presence of someone in the house. And many times I saw something similar to a curtain moving with the wind, which was impossible because in the house the curtains are only in the living room windows and the wind is not enough in that area to raise the TV in that way.

This presence was haunting the house for several months. With my sisters I joked and we called him Cortina. After a while they started to feel the same presence and to see those mysterious shadows.

After I found out about my illness and had to travel to Cuba for treatment, they stopped seeing that shadow at home and stopped feeling the presence.

I think it was something that wanted to warn me that I was sick, that wanted to make me feel that I had to see a doctor urgently. But this is only what I can imagine, that paranormal world is something that is beyond our reach.
