WoW wow wow, วันนี้มีอาหารสุดแสนอร่อยอร่อยทานอีกแล้วค่ะ. น้ำหนักจะขึ้นหรืออ้วนขื้นก็คลาวนี้แหละ, มันจะอ้วนก็ให้อ้วนไป อาหารอร่อย และ หาทานอยากแบบนี้ หนึ่งปีมีให้กินแค่ครั้งเดียวเท่านั้นค่ะ. อาหารที่เล่าถึงในวันนี้ก็คือ ต่อหัวเสือตัวอ่อน ค่ะ, อยากบอกว่าราคาแพงมาก และ หารับประทานก็อยากมากเพราะมันเป็นต่อหัวเสือตัวอ่อนจากธรรมชาติแท้ๆ 100% การจะได้มันมารับประทานก็ต้องอาศัยคนที่ใจกล้าพอทีจะไปเด็ดเอารังของต่อหัวเสือค่ะ, ดั่งนั้นฉันคิดว่าก็ต้องเป็นคนที่เขาชำนาญเท่านั้นถึงทำได้ค่ะ. ฉันชื่อต่อหัวเสือมารับประทานพายในครอบครัวจำนวน 1 กิโลกรัมราคา 280,000 กีบ หรือ ประมาน 20 USD ราคานี้สำหรับประเทศลาวถือว่าแพงมากๆ (เพราะเงินเดือนพื้นฐานในสปปลาวต่อเดือนเพียง 120 USD เท่านั้น). แต่ฉันก็คิดว่าถึงราคาจะแพงก็คุ้มค่าสุดๆเพราะมันเป็นของหายากนั้นเอง. ตัวอ่อนของต่อหัวเสือนั้น ขึ้นชื่อว่าอร่อยมาก ให้ไขมันและโปรตีนสูง ทำได้หลายเมนู เช่น แกงอ่อม หมก ทอด พล่า และ ก้อย ถือเป็นของหายากจึงมีราคาแพง คนที่หารังต่อจึงต้องมีความชำนาญจริงๆ หากไม่มีทักษะ อาจจะถูกต่อหัวเสือรุมต่อย ได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส และ เสียชีวิตได้. วันนี้พอได้รังต่อดิบๆมาแล้วฉันก็นำมานึ่งให้สุกยิ่งสามารถนำมารับประทานได้ค่ะ, ตัวอ่อนของต่อหัวเสือนำมารับประทานคู่กับเข้าเหนียวร้อนๆบวกกับโร่ยเกลือนิดหนึ่งจะได้รสชาติที่อร่อยมากๆค่ะ.😋😋😋😋😋
