Saludos, amigos de esta valiosa comunidad como lo es Catarsis, tiempo sin escribir aquí pero este tema así lo requiere. Deseo compartirles un tema, que desde mi punto de vista, tiene mucho contenido para reflexionar, y se trata de ese afán por quedarnos en la forma y no en el fondo de las cosas, que se ha ido legitimando con el paso del tiempo.
Este tema tiene larga data, y preocupa porque se va desgastando lo fundamental para darle cabida a lo superfluo.
Recientemente, dos de mis nietos tenían que llevar, cada uno, un globo amarillo metalizado. Me llamó la atención el requerimiento y, desubicada de la realidad, pensé que se trataba de un recurso para hacer un experimento, de los tantos que debieran realizar en su preparación académica, me interesé en el asunto, pero resulta que la petición era para hacer un adorno para una pared.
Luego supe de otra realidad, otro ejemplo, en un también contexto escolar: las madres se reúnen con los niños para ensayar lo concerniente a la defensa de un cierre de proyecto. Mientras una de las madres insiste en que aborden, cómo se van a desenvolver los niños en la demostración de sus saberes, las demás estaban preocupadas por la ambientación y desestimaban lo concerniente al contenido, porque eso se les podía anotar en un papel, para que los niños lo leyeran.
Cabe recordar cómo en una gran cantidad de liceos no se promueve la lectura de la obra literaria, ya no se lee el libro completo, porque en internet está el resumen que se puede imprimir y leer el papel en clase, en las manidas exposiciones.
Volviendo al punto de la decoración del ambiente, indudablemente, que el entorno y la ornamentación influyen en el ánimo de las personas, pero de un momento a otro, globos y cortinas propios de fiestas de cumpleaños y afines, ahora también se hicieron comunes en los entornos académicos desde preescolar hasta los postgrados.
¿A qué me refiero? Preocupa que las nuevas generaciones piensen que situaciones anormales sean el deber ser: recién ví una pareja y sus tres hijos en una moto y no dejé de sorprenderme y una niña me dijo, con extrañeza, que en una moto cabían cinco personas. Y cómo hacerle ver a quien siempre ha visto a las motos como un transporte familiar, que eso es una situación irregular.
Como lo es también conformarse con una pseudo música, y perderse el maravilloso mundo que hay por descubrir en materia musical en los diferentes géneros. En el imperio de lo superficial se van degradando los valores fundamentales y sustituyendo por otros que muestran un escenario deprimente.
Hay vacíos de contenido en muchas áreas, y las fotografías y redes dan fe de lo de afuera, externo y muchas veces ajeno, como quien pide a un editor de imágenes que le coloque al lado de la torre Eiffel y borre todo vestigio de realidad local.
¿Qué nos está pasando? ¿Será necesario que todos nos apartemos de la coherencia y sensatez?

Then I learned of another reality, another example, also in a school context: mothers meet with children to rehearse what is worrying about defending a project closure. While one of the mothers insists that I address how the children are going to perform in the demonstration of their knowledge, the others were worried about the setting and dismissed the worrying content, because that could be written down on a piece of paper, so that the children will read it.
It is worth remembering how in a large number of high schools the reading of literary works is not promoted, the complete book is no longer read, because on the Internet there is the summary that can be printed and read on paper in class, in the hackneyed exhibitions.
Returning to the point of the decoration of the environment, undoubtedly, the environment and the ornamentation influence the mood of the people, but from one moment to the next, balloons and curtains typical of birthday parties and similar, now also became common in the academic environments from preschool to graduate school.
What do I mean? It is worrying that the new generations think that abnormal situations are the norm: I just saw a couple and their three children on a motorcycle and I never ceased to be surprised and a girl told me, strangely, that a motorcycle could fit five people. And how to make someone who has always seen motorcycles as family transportation see that this is an irregular situation.
As it is also to settle for pseudo music, and miss out on the wonderful world that there is to discover in musical matters in different genres. In the empire of the superficial, fundamental values are degraded and replaced by others that show a depressing scenario.
There are gaps in content in many areas, and photographs and networks attest to what is outside, external and often foreign, like someone asking an image editor to place them next to the Eiffel Tower and erase all vestiges of local reality. . .
What is happening to us? Will it be necessary for us all to deviate from coherence and common sense?
