Day 1 Mass Indoctrination Service. December 6th, 2021.

Lesson learnt and short video at Day 1 of the teaching by bro Eli Soriano.

The teaching is about living and doing according to the commandment of God.

1 John 4:1
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Our way of living, if we are Christians should be according to the gospel of Christ.

Philippians 1:27
Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

We need to hear the true word of God always to enhance our faith

Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Forsaking the commandments of God and hold fast to tradition of men is wrong. It is in vain when we worship God with head knowledge and not follow the laid rules of worshipping God.

Mark 7:7-8
:7. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
:8. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

The commandments of Jesus Christ is to make disciples of all nations and baptized them

Matthew 28:19-20
:19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
:20. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

In all teaching we receive, whatever that is not written in the bible, should not be accepted.

God's first doctrine is baptism.

Galatians 1:13 confirmed that Paul was a Judaism.

Galatians 1:13
For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:

The first commandment he received was to be baptized in order to wash away his sins.

Acts 22:16
And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

Then, Paul was called to be an apostle of Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:1-2
:1. Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,
:2. Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

It is important to be part of the church because members of the same body are heirs (partakers) of the promise of God.

Ephesians 3:6
That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
