Today I am going to share a very tasty recipe with you all. I will be making Schezwan Fried rice, it is an Indo-Chinese food item that has a lot of fans without a doubt all across the world. It is quite simple to make, you can easily cook it at home. It perfectly suits all your lunch or even dinner demands as it takes very less time to prepare.

Ingridients -

- BASMATI RICE

( 1 CUP )

- CARROT

(X1)

- FRENCH BEANS

(HALF CUP)

- CABBAGE

(HALF CUP)

- SPRING ONION

(HALF CUP)

- OIL

(2 TBLE SPOON)

- GARLIC CHILLY PASTE

(1/2 TABLE SPOON)

- GINGER CHILLY PASTE

(1/2 TABLE SPOON)

- RED CHILLY

(X2)

- SCHEZWAN SAUCE

(1 TABLE SPOON)

- RED CHILLY SAUCE

(1 TABLE SPOON)

- TOMATO SAUCE

(1/2 TABLE SPOON )

- SOYA SAUCE

(1 TABLE SPOON)

- SALT

  • Firstly we need to get the rice cooked, and for that we need to get a pan in which we need to add the rice with water and oil with salt as per taste. We need to cook the rice 90%.

  • Now in a pan we need to add 1 table spoon of oil and need to heat it. After it gets heated we need to add 1/2 table spoon garlic chilly paste and 1/2 table spoon ginger chilly paste. We need to cook this mixture for about a minute.

  • After that we need to add the chopped carrots to the mixture as well as half cup french beans and 2 red chillies too. And after adding half cup cabbage into it we need to cook this mixture for 2 minutes.

  • Once the cabbage gets cooked we need to add some spring onions into the mix and keep some aside for garnishing later.

  • Now add 1 table spoon of schezwan, soya sauce and red chilly sauce, soya sauce each and also 1/2 table spoon of tomato sauce. Also add salt if required. Mix the mixture well.

  • After that we need to add the 90% cooked rice into this mixture and mix the masala very well. Cook it for 5 minutes.

  • Finally garnish the fried rice with spring onions

Schezwan Fried Rice is ready to serve !
