Homemade delicious macaroni and Veggies Recipe

This is one of the best way to combine eating of some fruits alongside your meals. Vegetables and fruits are good for our health and they can be prepared together in a single dish following this method.
I want to share with us the making process of my delicious pasta meal. It is like a tradition for me to always prepare something special for the children to eat most weekends especially in Sunday.
If you check my profile you will see this picture. This is exactly the method I had used to achieve that delicious meal in picture.
The children love macaroni but garnishing it with vegetables makes it one of their favorite. Each time I wish to treat them to some delicious meals this process, recipe and spicies is perfect for macaroni while I can add a touch of other ingredients for pasta.


Ingredients used are
- Macaroni
- Eggs🍳
- Cucumber🥒
- Cabbage🥬
- Peppers🌶️ and onions
- Vegetables oil 🪔
- Spices and seasoning

To prepare this I started with visiting a store to shop for the these ingredients here

Next I was able to get the vegetables needed as well.
Having gotten all that was needed
I began with cleaning and dicing the veggies first.

Next process: parboiling of the macaroni.
I parboiled the macaroni in boiling water for about 15mins until they were soft

Then I got a pot on the fire with some vegetables oil in them.
When they were properly heated up. I poured in the diced carrots and scotch bonnets, onions and cucumber.
I gave them a light frying

For this preparation I love to have the scotch bonnet pepper diced into tiny piece, there are some other recipe called jollof macaroni in which the pepper will be blended smoothly as if one wants to prepare stew with it.
These two methods of preparing macaroni all have different taste and different species is used to enhance both.

After this was lightly friend I added the seasonings very lightly too as this is not meant to be heavily spiced then poured in the macaroni and gave it a good mix.
Allow this to steam at a low heat with very little amount of water.


Next I boiled my eggs separately and this was served hot.
