In this video is step by step tutorial on how to make one.

Additional tips:when mixing your pepper, make sure to use just little scotch bonnet because it's a hot pepper and use more cayenne pepper, cayenne pepper isn't hot and will give you the reddish color signature of a Nigerian Jollof rice.

Nice video! I think one thing I love about the Nigerian jollof rice is how you can prepare it with the ingredients you have, and it still would turn out nice! I love the colour yours had, and I learnt the new tip of adding the spices first. I usually add mine as the spirit leads. Lol. Thanks for that!

Yeah the day I tried adding my seasoning first before pepper or the likes, the aroma I got was heavenly and I've been doing that since then.

This rice ehn you con still make my mouth salivate with the plantain

Yes ooo,adding spices afterward will reduce the power, yes oo plantain never goes wrong.
