Hi guys, it's another edition of neoxian city talent Hunt and I'm excited to join in in this edition.
In this video is a very detailed description of how to make Nigeria bean cake . It's can be called bean fritters also because it is fried just like deep fried just like when frying puff puff,its size also contribute and it's eaten with another food.
Ingredients used are:
Beans (black eye peas)
Bell peppers
Scotch bonnet
Onions
Vegetable oil
Seasoning
Salt..
