Experiencing a new GYM.

Greetings everyone.! As you all people know that my exams are over and now I am free. So I have decided to join gym again, as I was not going to gym because of my exams. So today me and my friend have decided to join, so we were seeking a one good gym with low fees and also where we can be comfortable. The name of the gym is "GYM 11".

So there is one famous gym in my town which have gain lot of popularity and today we have taken a trial there. The gym was very good and it was suitable for our budget too. It's depend on you about how much months, or year you have to join the gym. As we have take a full guidelines and the fees structure from the manager sitting over there.

The fees structure over there was:-

  • 1 month:- 2000
  • 3 month:- 4000
  • 6 month:- 6000
  • 1 year:- 9000

So these are the membership price for the gym and if you know that you have the strength to maintain the discipline, then you can take the 1 year membership. As I was going few months ago so I know all the exercise and the proper knowledge of machine how it works and for which body part it is, and even I know that I am capable of keeping the discipline. So I have decided to take 1 year membership plan.

Still I have not paid the fees but I will pay after few days because I need to think again about the timing and does it suitable or not.
So these was the membership plan now I will tell you something about the gym and the exercise which we have done today.

As I went gym after a long time so I have decided to do all the exercise for each body part, But I will do only 1 exercise. So here we go, I have done the exercise of these body parts.

  • TRICEPS
  • BICEPS
  • CHEST
  • BACK
  • SHOLDER.

As I have train all these body parts and almost it take me more than 1hour and 30minute. I have also click some photos of our gym and the exercise you can see how it was. There were already many people there training there body to keep themselves feet.

Now I was just exploring our gym and the exercise in the gym, there was a different section for the CALISTHENICS and also many more exercise they have made all the steel rods and the machines for the exercise where you can come at any time and you can train. If you also want a PERSONAL TRAINER you can also keep them, but you need to give extra fees for them.

Many people ask about, is there any benefit to keep PERSONAL TRAINER or not ??
Now it's depend on you and on your discipline if you are serious about your health and also if you are a new beginner than it is good enough. The main motive to keep the trainer is about that he will help you in doing exercise he will teach you about all the use of machine and he will also point you out if you are doing wrong.

And on the other side if you know about all the machine and the exercise then there is no need to keep the PERSONAL TRAINER(PT). So it's all depend on you and your discipline. As I know and I have all the knowledge about gym so I don't need to keep the PT.

So now at the end I am confuse should I pay the fees or maybe try some other gym. But still the gym and the machine was good enough. So still I will think twice before joining and I will also try to take the preference from other people.

As I have done a lot pf exercise but still I haven't click the photo about the equipments, but I will click next time for sure. I hope you also go gym regularly if not than you should go gym to keep your body fit and fine and STAY HEALTHY!.
