Nepotism, work and family relations.

Greetings everyone!

As we all are seeing that nepotism is gradually increasing more against the people who are actually talented or the people who actually deserve some job or work but instead they are just ending up over there or getting some little bit of increment in their work. Let's understand about the word nepotism in detail what actually it says is. When there is a business owner and you are a worker over there and you are really a good employee or whatever you deserve all the power, all the promotions you are fully experienced person.

But in exchange of you the business owner bring his son and give all the credits without doing anything and all the zero credits is really too bad. You deserve to become a manager and in place of you someone else came and take your place because he was a relation in his blood of whatever relation. So it's totally wrong and I also think it should be a crime because you are taking someone else place which he deserve and giving to someone in their hand without doing anything is wrong. The person whoa has worked hard to reach at that place knows the actual value of that work.

So I think it should be actually criminalised but if we see practically it's not possible nepotism is suck kind of thing that even if we can see it from our eyes we cannot do anything about it there would be no strict action anyone can take. All we can do is just see from the eyes until and unless you are really someone to stop or raise your voice. I have even seen many times and the situation is like where people cannot actually raise the voice.

If you really want your place you have to speak it loud without fear people also think that if they raise their voice they might lose everything they have even now. So it's really hard to express and tell you about the nepotism. If there is a king and he is all most retiring he will give all his legacy which he has made to his child even some other people have made the kingdom stand and fall for it. A son will be the next king so sometimes you cannot say or open up your voice. Even the whole kingdom knows but we have to let go.

But if we talk about the results it really changes a lot when a un-experience person sits in exchange of experience person. Well but of course no will also give their legacy to someone else because it takes lot of blood and sweat to build and empire. So even if it comes to me and my child of course I will give them everything and make them stand instead of second person. But I know where I should make them stand and where not. A leader or owner should always make the decision very carefully.
