Feliz domingo de resurrección, aquí una vez más participando en el concurso semanal de @lanzjoseg Mi entrada al concurso Topfivefamily Observa Piensa Escribe Anunciando ganadores del concurso. Este arroz con leche me trae recuerdos no muy buenos, hace años en una de esas tantas visitas a la isla de Margarita una tía me invito a cenar a su casa y yo acepte su invitación, a la hora de cenar cuando sirven la comida era un inmenso plato de arroz con leche¿Dios y ahora que hago? Acepte ese inmenso plato de arroz, de verdad yo no se si era tan grande pero yo lo veía asi🙈.
Empece a comer, cada cucharada que comía sin ver el plato, cuando abría los ojos como que había más, eso era una tortura, así que le dije a mi tía, tía gracias pero ya no quiero más y ella me vio y me dijo -pero si no has comido nada y yo le conteste claro que si, pero ella quería que yo siguiera comiendo y muy sutilmente le dije que no, confieso que sentí mucha pena, pero este arroz no era dulce y de verdad yo no sabía que había arroz con leche dulce.
Hoy día despues de superar ese trauma del arroz me decidí a preparar arroz con leche dulce y de verdad que es muy delicioso, tanto así que a mis nietos les encanta y yo con mucho amor a veces lo preparo para ellos.
Mi nieto mayor decía que no le gustaba sin probarlo, un día se quedo con su tío padrino y él para tener que merendar lo hacía y lo tenia en la nevera, él lo probo y le gusto mucho y le dijo - tío yo quiero eso que tienes en la nevera y el tío le dijo eso es arroz con leche que no te gusta y el le dijo si me gusta esta delicioso🤤 y así comenzo a comer arroz con leche.

This rice pudding brings back not so good memories, years ago in one of those many visits to the island of Margarita an aunt invited me to dinner at her house and I accepted her invitation, at dinner time when they served the food it was a huge plate of rice pudding, God and now what do I do? I accepted that huge plate of rice, I really don't know if it was that big but I saw it that way🙈.
I started to eat, every spoonful I ate without seeing the plate, when I opened my eyes like there was more, that was torture, so I told my aunt, aunt thanks but I don't want any more and she saw me and said -but you haven't eaten anything and I answered of course I have, but she wanted me to keep eating and very subtly I said no, I confess I felt very sorry, but this rice was not sweet and I really didn't know that there was sweet rice pudding.
Today, after overcoming that rice trauma, I decided to prepare sweet rice pudding and it is really delicious, so much so that my grandchildren love it and I sometimes prepare it for them with a lot of love.
My oldest grandson said he didn't like it without tasting it, one day he stayed with his uncle godfather and he had it in the fridge for a snack, he tasted it and liked it a lot and told him - uncle I want that you have in the fridge and the uncle told him that is rice pudding that you don't like and he said yes I like this delicious🤤 and so he began to eat rice pudding.

Qué trauma tan terrible, no puedo imaginar tu desagrado, jajaja. A mí, por el contrario, siempre, pero es que siempre me ha gustado el arroz con leche y como lo prepara mi madre aún más, sin embargo, te puedo decir que mi esposa lo prepara delicioso y siempre me hace, otra cosa yo también lo sé hacer y me queda muy bien, nada que envidiar al de mi madre y al de mi esposa.
Que bueno que ahora sí te gusta.
Que bueno que tiene para elegir, si, es que el de mi tía no era dulce, pero al parecer era su comida preferida, no era un postre, nada que ver con el arroz dulce, saludos.

A veces, es difícil decir «no», pero recuerda que los límites los pone uno… Yo soy uno de los que come un manjar hasta sentir una satisfacción que la percibo en mis mejillas. Ya cuando siento esa especie de frío en mis mejillas, detenga las ansias de comer y quedo satisfecho… Me sucede a menudo con la ingesta de yogur y queso, por ejemplo.
Así mismo es, a veces da pena pero tampoco debemos hacer algo que no nos gusta por complacer a los demás
Si hay gente que prepara arroz con leche salado, no lo he probado pero se que existe jeje. Saludos ☺️
