It was kept and all the spices were cut and kept and now that the meat is gone, I had to prepare these spices and put them in the meat. I just added salt in the meat and cooked on low heat. When the meat was completely cooked, I took it off and put it on the side and now I had to fry the spices.

One thing to keep in mind when cooking large meat is to cook the meat well.
