Undisputable Captain's Ghost Of All Monsters

Hello my friends in Splinterlands, it is wonderful day in my country here; how about your country? We have been experiencing cold weather for long time now.
This week challenge is using Captain ghost in a battle. I really like this monster because of its characteristics. I used this card almost every time when is available in my selection, and if Mana is able to accommodate it.
Some days ago, I won 3 battles in a streak without losing when I used this monster. I fought a battle some how's ago, I wasn't knew that I could win the battle, because the combination of crustacean, the kraken, spirit miner, manticore and angel of light scared me to watched it. I Concluded in my mind that I have lost the battle and I skipped the battle. I discovered I won, when I saw the result. This is the battle link, I replayed the battle and I saw how the featured monster (CAPTAIN GHOST) afflicted the opponent Monsters at a strike.
The reason I did not watch the the battle at the beginning was the monsters abilities and arrangements of the battler paired with. His arrangements was just like he's preparing for champion or competition.

CAPTAIN GHOST ABILITIES

The abilities of this card is so awesome- the affliction and blind.
• Affliction: this is the main reason I won most of the battle, because most of the battlers I fought with has monsters that has ability to healed such as Hunted Spirit, Flesh Golem, Water Elemental, Sea Monster and Cerberus. And also monsters that can increased their first monster's health such as crustacean and Wood Nymph in higher levels. The captain ghost did not allowed such monsters to increased there health by afflicting them.
• Blind: this ability can only be activated at level 5; which simply means you need 45 of captain ghost cards to reach level 5, of which you can get in the market at cheap price. Though my captain ghost is in gold level 2, therefore it lacks such ability. But I can still write something about 'blind' because I have monsters that have such ability. When you are using any monster that has blind ability; it placed barrier and embargo on opponent monsters by evading melee and ranged attack to friendly monsters.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Lower Speed: Though, Captain's ghost is among monsters that has lower speed at all levels. It has 1speed at level one and 2 speed from level to to the highest level.
Therefore, it is good to fight battle with reverse rule which says, " monsters with lowest speed having highest chance of evading melee and ranged attack. Which is always indicated at the picture below

• Long Life Span: Captain's ghost long life is one of the factors that made me to use it as my second monster. I love using it as second monster most times. 7 health in level one and the health highest level is 9. It will take time to destroyed it.

MELEE ATTACK
• Magic Attack: Precision and high accuracy in attacking monsters always made me to use it again and again. Since I have been using it, it never missed target. It possess characteristic of attacking Health directly without attacking armor- very often but not always; depends on the rules of the battle. It is so precise and reliable in attack.

Let me share one of the battle I used Captain's ghost
I was paired with SM001 in a battle that I want to share with you.
PSX_20200819_145857.jpg Click Here to view the battle. Four out of his 6 monsters are in gold level and I only have one gold card which is CAPTAIN'S GHOST: But I was clever enough to defeat him.
• KRAKEN: The sweetest place to use kraken is first monster because of it health. It is one of the card that has highest health number in splinterlands kingdom. And also, in some cases, monsters focus on kraken than any other monsters in a battle. Which simply means, it drawn attention of monsters.
I neglected the fact of the rules of the battle which included 'Earthquake'.
• CAPTAIN'S GHOST: I used it as second monster mainly because of it health. By the time the kraken is eliminated, it can also lead the battle, of which it does not happen.
• THREE FLYING MONSTERS-FIRE SPITTER, ICE PIXIE AND ALBATROSS: I was well awared of earthquake in the rule and I decided to use these monsters. All these moñsters kept attacking at the front until my opponent lose the battle. Albatross was placed as the last monster because of it evading ability and I also placed it to delayed sneaky monster of destroying ice pixie.
• CRUSTACEAN: The main reason I used this monster was to increased kraken Heath before eliminated. Increased kraken twice before eliminated was the major factor behind my victory.

• Heavy Hitters: All monsters have the knock out ability.
• Earthquake: Non-flying monsters take two melee damage at the end of each round.

DID MY STRATEGY WORKS?
Perfectly, I got the result I wanted.
PSX_20200819_154807.jpg just only one monster got eliminated by earthquake out of six moñsters. That was incredible result. This is the kind of victory I want.

MY THOUGHTS
Though, my opponent have good cards but neglected the rules of the game. He should have used more than one flying monster. Even though I would win the battle, it could have reduced the merging.
Cards abilities are so matter to game rule in Splinterlands. If you want to win battle, you need to be carefully looking at the rules and specific cards for the battle. By doing so, you have 50% chance of winning the battle.
I have made such mistakes in the past, and am still making the mistakes now because of the time given to select cards; sometimes I forgot to read the rules of the game.
Don't rush to select cards, it always makes one select wrong cards. I am a victim, I rushed sometime because of the time and I ended up of losing the game.

Captain's Ghost is around, nice battle I'm considering to use this card more often.
