HOLA DE NUEVO, TRONCOS!

Hacía mucho tiempo que no compartía nada por acá y de verdad que me apetecía mostrarles algunas de mis nuevas ilustraciones.

Como por ejemplo, este dibujo que hice, de un personaje original, llamada Olivia.

Cuando empecé a dibujarla no tenía claro lo que quería. De lo único que estaba claro era que quería retratar a un alma tranquila y relajada, por lo que intenté que su pose y expresión compartieran ese sentimiento.

Fue un dibujo que disfruté muchisimo realizando. Amé el resultado final y espero de corazón les guste tanto como a mí. Un gran abrazo y tomen mucha agua!

HELLO AGAIN, TRUNKS!

It's been a long time since I've shared anything here and I really wanted to show you some of my new illustrations.

For example, this drawing I did, of an original character, named Olivia.

When I started drawing her I wasn't sure what I wanted. The only thing I was clear about was that I wanted to portray a calm and relaxed soul, so I tried to make her pose and expression share that feeling.

It was a drawing that I really enjoyed doing. I loved the final result and I sincerely hope you like it as much as I do. Big hugs and drink lots of water!

Step by Step:

Primero, comencé dibujando un boceto rápido de Olivia, para continuar definiendo su pose, expresión y Line Art.

First, I started by drawing a quick sketch of Olivia, to continue defining her pose, expression and Line Art.

Acto seguido, continué con el coloreado de nuestra protagonista. Quería usar una paleta de colores diferente a mis trabajos pasados, por lo que busqué en internet y tomé de referencia la paleta de colores de la película francesa Amélie.

Next, I continued with the coloring of our protagonist. I wanted to use a different color palette from my past works, so I searched on the internet and took as a reference the color palette of the French movie Amélie.

Y por último coloreé un fondo abstracto, inspirado en ciudades francesas, y agregué mi firma al lienzo.

And finally I colored an abstract background, inspired by French cities, and added my signature to the canvas.
