Ephesians 5:25-29 (KJV) Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

I am happy to hear the explanation of Bro Eli Soriano on this subject of domestic violence. He said that domestic violence comes from the devil. It is the devil that turns people's hearts to start hating each other. Violence of any kind is against the will of God. It is an attribute of the devil. The devil enters into the hearts of men and turns them against each other.

Domestic violence is a very bad thing. We the women are the ones who suffer from the negative effects of these violence. It is a blessing to marry a man who truly loves us and have the fear of God. Many women are terribly suffering from this evil. They are brutalized and maimed. Some have been killed. There are a lot of women who are living outside their marital homes because of domestic violence.

Let us allow God in our hearts. Let us give our hearts to God. Let our men love their wives as themselves according to the commandments of God. Let the love of God fill our homes. We the women, let us be submissive unto our husbands. Let us learn to always obey and submit to them. If we follow God’s commandments, there won't be any domestic violence in our homes.

The Bible is the book that contains the wisdom of God. Let us follow the teachings of the Bible and live peaceably with one another.
