Tomatoes and Onions. #Photofeed Contest Round 72. Street Photography.

Tomatoes and onions are good for health. We have them sold on our street. There are young men who specialize in the production and sales of these vegetables. They are those from the core northern part of our country. These Hausa tribes are good and productive farmers. They have been helpful in producing most of the food we eat in our country.

Tomatoes and onions are good components of our diet. Our body needs these vegetables. Most especially, the growing kids need them very well. There are vitamins and minerals present in these food substances. It is recommended that we should make tomatoes and onions part of our spices and vegetables in our food.

There is this common problem among our children. They do not like anything that is not sweet. Whatever tastes bitter or sour is not their favorite. My children are examples of such children.

Feeding my children tomatoes and onions will require blending them to paste. But then my husband likes chewing the tomatoes and onions while eating his jollof rice. What a trouble for the mother! How do I feed my children with tomatoes and onions (which is good for them) and at the same time satisfies my beloved husband’s taste? Maybe kind hearted mothers here can give me tips. I will humbly and gratefully appreciate your contributions. Thanks a lot.

Greetings,
I hope you have spent peaceful celebration days.
My opinion is to keep some of the ingredients for the adult meal while blending the rest for the children dishes.
Thank you for sharing these photos.
Happy start of April
Peace
